Absolute happiness. I rented a small car, no extra insurance with no issues. Team at rental was promptly communicating, I was informed on day about pick-up instructions through Whats-up with clear instruction. Pick up was so fast that by time my wife piked up her baggage I was alredy in the rented car. Drop off was very smooth. On top of all that personel at Sluta Leta provided us with additional ad-hoc car rental for our friends whose car rental company did not accept company card. In Sluta Leta they had no problems with company car and helped us a lot.

Staff picks you up at airport and brings you back. Just few minutes at parking and you are all set. Site is clear and simple. Even premium insurance limitation you can see as basic list without any surprise bullets deep in contract

abbiamo prenotato una macchina da 5 persone e ne abbiamo ricevuta una con solo 4 posti. dopo poche ore dal ritiro abbiamo scritto all’addetto alla consegna che ha detto che avrebbe controllato la disponibilità di altri veicoli. nonostante ciò non ci ha fatto sapere nulla e abbiamo dovuto ricontattarlo il giorno seguente. l’addetto alla consegna ci ha detto di scrivere alla compagnia che ha confermato la presenza di sole quattro cinture e ha detto che ci saremmo dovuti arrabbiare con la kia per non aver messo la quinta cintura. abbiamo richiesto un cambio di macchina ma la compagnia sembrava non preoccuparsene. più volte abbiamo ribadito di essere in cinque e che non fosse sicuro viaggiare senza cintura. la compagnia ha risposto dicendo che comunque la macchina era in buone condizioni e ben funzionante senza curarsi della cintura mancante. l’ultima mattina ci è stato proposto di recarci all’autonoleggio per un cambio. abbiamo rifiutato il cambio perché ormai erano passati cinque giorni dall’inizio della vacanza e dopo poche ore avremmo dovuto riconsegnare il veicolo e prendere l’aereo. abbiamo quindi richiesto tante volte il rimborso per il quinto posto pagato e siamo stati accusati di voler approfittare della situazione per guadagnare. servizio e comunicazione pessima, sconsiglio profondamente.

They contact you before your flight so that you don't have to look for the contact information. They pick you up at the airport and send you a photo of the car that is coming for you. If you prefer, you can pay the deposit in cash and get it back in cash. They give you tips on where to go and what to see. The best restaurants, not turistis places. The best beaches. They are available if you need help. They are not the cheapest option, but you will not regret choosing them.

Excellent ! Non seulement ils sont sympathiques, professionnels et très efficaces mais en plus, ils sont un peu moins chers que les grandes enseignes de location. Nos deux expériences avec eux ont été parfaites. La réservation et le paiement en ligne ou sur place a été très simple. Ils viennent chercher leurs clients à l’aéroport ou au port et les ramènent après la location. Un grand merci !
