This company has sold me a fake ysl camera bag, I am shocked and horrified to find this out. Had this authenticated by LegitGrails just to found out this has been fake and I’m so embarrassed and shocked a company who claims is 100% authentic sells you fake items I paid nearly 2k for a fake bag. I can’t believe what they are doing to people.

I recently ordered a Jacquemus chiquito bag last week on Thursday under the assumption that it would be shipped the following day as mentioned on their website. This was done only because I wanted the bag this week as a gift for a friend’s birthday. However, this has turned out to be such a horribly disappointing experience as they have neither shipper the order until now(Tuesday of next week) or sent me any tracking links as Thushi mentioned in one of the multiple follow up emails I sent them. I have been chasing them up for a BAG which I now feel like I should’ve just ordered on the actual Jacquemus website. Cosette, if you’re seeing this, I need the bag ASAP or send me a full refund please.

Buyer beware. I purchased the Prada Nylon bag in Aug 2021. I was a little unsure due to the varying reviews at the time but I admit I fell for their marketing spiel on authentication & how they source their products. They included an Entrupy certificate of authenticity so I thought I was one of the lucky ones (apparently they bulk authenticated products back then so this paper is worthless).
Recently a friend has purchased the same bag but from Prada directly & I noticed the quality and feel of mine against hers was different so I decided to get this checked in person & via LegitGrails and what do you know? It came back fake. I’m beyond embarrassed that I unwittingly purchased and carried around a fake for so long. I’ve now reached out to their team to get this bag returned and a full refund. I recommend anyone who decides to roll the dice to get it authenticated yourself. I will take this up with my bank if they refuse to do the right thing. Overall disappointing experience.

I have to chase business for a refund of nearly $4000 that they are holding on to. They said in email they will refund it nearly a week ago and just crickets after that.. Not even responding my emails. Lodged a complaint with Fair Trade NSW

I preordered a YSL wallet & thought I would have to wait awhile for it to be in stock. It arrived in a couple of days which was a great surprise & it was wrapped beautifully. The wallet is exactly what I was hoping for. I look forward to ordering from you again.
