I purchased a YSL hobo bag which has turned out to be fake.
It was check by TWO different source - online and in person and both advised that they cannot confirm authenticity.

It's so disappointing and embarrassing!!

Item was paid for on the 5/5/23 , still has not been sent, have sent multiple emails with no reply. Now I go online and the item is out of stock. I am a return customer and have never had this issue before

Got my YSL bag at a good price, product details and images were spot on accurate and ordering was a breeze. The delivery was also quick (got here a day earlier than was estimated at the start). Would definitely buy from Cosette again!

I made a mistake on the colourway of my purchase , I emailed customer service. Thushi at customer service got back to me immediately and fixed up my order / order was sent out and arrived within 48 hrs . thanks Cosette team! :) Georgie .

My second time buying off this website and I cannot trust them and recommend them enough. The team and Thushi went beyond to get my package delivered to me on time and I wholly trust their customer service team, the legitimacy of their products and the trustworthiness of the website.

I was sold a FAKE Yves Saint Laurent bag by Cosette Sydney. I ordered an Yves Saint Laurent Envelope Medium Chain bag for $2400. When the bag arrived Inside the box was an Authentication Certificate from LegitGrails (US authentication company) with 3 photos on the certificate with the words authentic #29260 as the order number. After looking at my bag and thinking the photos and stamping inside my bag didn’t really look like the photos on the certificate. I decided I would get my own authentication for $40 via the same website LegitGrails and send my own photos of the bag and within 2 hours they sent back order #44614 with a certificate and the words Fake!!! Cosette customers service people aren’t interested in looking at the evidence that clearly shows the bag to be a fake or investigating it further, they only offered me a refund as i was within my 7 days of purchase. I asked for someone in management to contact me and I haven't heard from anyone. I just wonder how many people are walking around with fake bags from Cosette. Please if you have brought a bag from them please get it checked and if u are thinking of buying one don’t bother. Great experience, great product, great price and fast shipping

Buyer beware. I have purchased several items through Cosette (handbag, belts, sunglasses) and was always impressed with their prices and shipping. The Prada bag I bought came with a “Certificate of Authenticity” from a company called Entrupy. I had no reason to question authenticity. I recently attempted to sell the Prada Re-Edition 2005 to another reputable company that resells designer goods (Fashionphile) and they send the products through a rigorous authentication process and determined this bag is a high quality replica, but is not authentic. “During the inspection of your PRADA Nylon Re-Edition 2005 Shoulder Bag Black, our authenticator noted inconsistencies with the overall quality of the materials used, construction, and Designer ID. Specifically, we noted inconsistencies with the finish on the zipper hardware as we noted various areas of rough finish. Additionally, the zipper brand and lack of underbody engravings on the zipper hardware is not consistent with Prada brand standards. Further review of the strap revealed the construction was also not consistent with this style as the font style application is incorrect. The incorrect font style application was also noted on the Made in. Given the inconsistencies in construction, we've concluded the item is a high quality replica. As such, we stand behind our determination that this bag is not authentic.”
These may be things that the software used by Entrupy misses or something. But essentially I paid *nearly* full price for a worthless piece of nylon. I would urge anyone who has purchased from this site to have their bags and goods authenticated because my guess is they are ripping people off. I have attempted to contact Cosette 3 times since finding this out and shockingly, their once responsive customer service team, has since gone radio silent. I’d like to hear more about their “Authenticity Guarantee” that’s plastered all over their website. There is hopefully consumer protection for counterfeit goods and I will escalate this as high as I need to. But I also want to warn people. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. And in the case of Cosette, it’s not even that great of a price difference. I will be filing police reports as well as claims with my credit card issuer on the 4 purchases made and you can have your worthless knockoffs back. Truly shameful.

I purchased a YSL Camera bag through Cosette and when I opened the box there was a very strong smell that I have never had with any other leather purchases. The QR code Authenticity Certificate from Legitgrails wouldn't scan so I manually entered the code on the Legitgrails website and to my surprise the images on the certificate I had received with my bag and the images on the Legitgrails website did not match nor did the QR code image, they were obviously different. I was also missing the white Saint Laurent Certificate that was clearly shown in one of the images on Authenticity Certificate sent with my bag. I decided to get the bag I had been sent Authenticated by Legitgrails, it came back as a fake!. I then disclosed to Legitgrails that I had a Authenticity certificate sent by Cosette claiming my bag was authenticated by them. Legitgrails went back to their records to compare the original Authentication images against the images I sent them. It wasn't even the same bag, the bag they Authenticated with the same serial number had 16 stiches along the bottom of the Saint Lauren Label and my bag only had 14, the writing on the label wasn't even the same. When I emailed Cosette they claimed there must of been a mix up with the Authenticity Certificate.
