The items are genuine and priced reasonably. Ordering was seamless and delivery was fast. The package did get caught in customs for a short time but it was an easy fix.

It’s my first time buying a bag from Cosette and it’s been a disappointment. Bought the Prada Re Edition Nylon Bag. First of all the bag arrived without original box packaging but in their Cosette box packaging not sure if this is standard for their website. Second, first time using it and a screw came off and because of that the lipstick pouch fell off from the bag. The screw is so small I’m not even sure if it’s always been in tact or it’s missing. How can an expensive bag be so flimsy…

I’ve contacted the Customer Service since Monday and only had one reply of them saying the internal team will review the issue. Since then, nothing. I would hope with designer goods they would have better response in reply. I just needed to know the ETA as it’s a gift ):
