Extremely disappointed! My Saint Laurent bag arrived today. Upon opening, there was no Saint Laurent box for the packaging, just a dust bag. I have ordered directly from the Saint Laurent website before and have received the dust bag and box packaging. Why is it different with you if the product is authentic? I looked past this and viewed the paperwork within the box, trying to match up the codes and to my horror, the authentication paperwork and the data code stamp on the bag do not match!!! This leads me to believe that you have sold me a counterfeit bag. I would like a refund immediately!!

Please read this before purchasing! It might save you a massive hassle. I purchased from Cosette in December '22, received my bag near the end of January '23. Despite reported shipping delays & high volume of orders which led Cosette to not include my authenticity certificate that I had requested- I was still happy to receive my bag. Therefore, it was so shocking to find out the bag I received was fake!

This was confirmed by LegitGrails when I sent them very very detailed pictures of the bag. Originally when I asked Cosette about where the authenticity certificate I requested was - they said they didn't include it in my order but if I wanted to- they would reimburse me the authentication fee if I checked with Legit Grails or another service that tests the authenticity of luxury goods. So I checked with LegitGrails & their tests came back confirming the bag sold to me was fake.

The bag itself looked crazy real from the stitching, the serial number, the authenticity cards, the logo. I literally had to send LegitGrails the most detailed, zoomed in and clear pictures of certain aspects of the bag before they could confirm it was fake. That's how good these fake bags look now. In my opinion- Selling counterfeit bags is deceitful business. I decided to write this review to warn others, only after I received a full refund. Please be careful & always check your luxury goods with a 3rd party authentication service.

This website is dodgy! I have ordered twice says available online! First, they came back saying out of stock. Ask me for another item or refund. Found an item i like, yet again!! Surprise surprise, the second time came back - cannot find the item! Wow! No ownership of their mistakes! TWICE! All they say is sorry and did you want a refund?
DODGY, MISLEADING, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! You’d be sorry shopping in this dodgy website! You have been warned. I cannot believe it happened twice and all they say is sorry and ask me if I want a refund or another item for the third time??? FOR WHAT? So you can do the same? I will file a complaint with fair trading against your DODGY website. You lure customers to order and pay then OUT OF STOCK! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! ITS THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The website and purchasing process is great.
As there was an issue with the bag I ordered it was delayed and it was only after sending several emails that I finally heard from customer service nearly a week later. The problem was resolved and the person was very helpful but the lack of response was a bit frustrating. There needs to be additional staff looking after responding to enquiries as looking at other reviews it seems to be a common issue that many customers have had.
Delivery was very quick after dispatch and the packaging is lovely. Very happy with the bag once it did arrive.

The price was extremely competitive and I loved that they re-delivered to my work when I wasn't home. So quick! And the care taken with the boxing to protect the product.This is my very first investment piece and so hoary with the service.
