I purchased this course specifically because it was advertised as “Sunekos Skin Booster”, expecting the majority of the training to be focused on Sunekos.

Unfortunately, the course consists of multiple modules that are irrelevant to Sunekos, and you have no choice but to work through these sections before eventually reaching the Sunekos section at the very end.

The course does not educate on the different Sunekos products, including Sunekos 200, 1200 and Performa, their differences, indications - it talked about Seventy hyal and Jalupro which is a totally different skin booster altogether. There is no specific video demonstrating the Sunekos product being used, or its injection technique, which I would consider a fundamental part of a course specifically marketed as 'Sunekos Skin booster' training.

I purchased this course expecting specific, practical and comprehensive Sunekos training, but unfortunately that is not what I received. The title and presentation of the course is very misleading, and I am extremely disappointed with the content given the £49.99 cost.

I have recently completed the VTCT Level 5 Certificate in Non-surgical Aesthetic Procedures for Skin Rejuvenation at Cosmetic College. It was a fast-track course with lots of intensive practical treatments, and I really enjoyed the experience.

Lovely Charlotte trained us with her excellent knowledge, skills and experience. I especially appreciated her patience and the way she guided us on how to work confidently in a busy environment. I am very thankful to her for patiently demonstrating the mesotherapy techniques to us several times. With her support and guidance, I was finally able to perform a range of treatments successfully.

Charlotte is very supportive and a wonderful trainer. I truly enjoyed learning from her and wish her all the very best and continued success in the future.

I would also like to thank Ayesha for her support with the course information and for helping me understand when to complete my assignments. I really appreciate her help and wish her all the very best as well.

I really enjoyed my Course in body cavitation and Body RF with Davie. Davie was very enthusiastic and made the theory easy to understand and remember. I definitely recommend the cosmetic college.

I've had such a positive experience completing my VTCT (ITEC) Level 3 Certificate in Access to Aesthetic Therapies with Cosmetic College. The course was really informative and has given me so much more knowledge and confidence to take forward into the aesthetics industry. The team have been supportive throughout, and the training was thorough, professional and enjoyable. I'm really pleased to have completed my Level 3 and I'm looking forward to continuing my training with Cosmetic College and progressing onto Level 4.

I undertook the VTCT level 3 in A&P after completing lots of CPD training and realising that I needed a recognised qualification to use certain skin brands within the skin care industry. I am just waiting on my certificate from Cosmetic College, but other than that the course was easy to navigate and was very in depth.

I had a really positive experience with Cosmetic College. The whole process was smooth and professional, and I felt well looked after throughout. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend them!

If there was a no star that's what I would have rated. I purchased online courses since april
Its worrying enough that their numbers do not connect. Courses that where expected to be purchased, learn, and get certificate was never assessed. When I then kept asking for my refund they kept declining.
The face to face coursr was cancelled snd then archived as a past course. train tickets, hotel bookings lost, time wasted. I had to purhased the courses from anither provider to get certified to be able to include in my insurance.

I have just completed my training with Charlotte at the Cosmetic College, and she is exceptional! Her knowledge, kindness, and expertise is next level! I am already booking onto my next one! Thank you Charlotte for giving me so much confidence 🤍

Do not train with this company! I recently purchased an online fat dissolver course and could not access my online account to commence the training. Communication was poor and I kept being fobbed off when the problem was from their side and no one wanted to help me. I repeatedly asked for a refund because I could not access the content and therefore did not receive the service I paid for, which they constantly ignored so I’ve had to take the long route of requesting a chargeback from my bank which can take up to 12 weeks to authorise, all because customer service don’t seem to understand basic customer service and simply issue a refund. Appalling treatment. Avoid.

Based on personal experience, I would advise anyone considering studying for a VTCT level 2 and level 3 course in beauty therapy to look elsewhere for the following reasons:

1.⁠ ⁠General poor communication and lack of support from the college. For example, the college has had to be repeatedly chased for materials needed in order to study for an exam.

2.⁠ ⁠Last minute cancellations and rescheduling of classes and exams.

3.⁠ ⁠Most recently, changes to syllabus without notice. Thus rendering studying for an exam practically impossible.

The whole experience has been incredibly stressful and distressing especially as the time wasted has led to a substantial loss of income from self-employed work.

I would avoid Cosmetic College most certainly for the above course.

I recently purchased an online tear trough course after being assured over email that the technique in the training is needle to bone no cannula. The course was seriously lacking! It was not needle to bone it was in fact cannula with a very basic 5 minute video. The theory was a complete joke with quiz questions a 5yr old could answer! I have emailed multiple times regarding my disappointment and have of course been ignored completely!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I have had multiple appointments cancelled or removed without any proper notice or explanation, despite paying in full and confirming in advance. This has happened more than once, which shows a clear lack of organisation and respect for clients’ time and money.

On top of that, the receptionist is usually quite rude and unhelpful. Communication is poor, and instead of resolving issues, it often feels dismissive and unprofessional.

Overall, the service has been frustrating and unreliable. I would not recommend booking treatments here unless there are serious improvements in both customer service and appointment management.

I drove 1 hour to Orpington to attend a Sclerotherapy course this morning, which was rescheduled after being cancelled with 24 hours notice three weeks ago, after waiting approximately 30 minutes, the group of 6 was told the course was cancelled. People came from all over the county. One of the ladies had stayed in a hotel Monday night to be told the same this was Thursday, so twice in one week. Cosmetic collage you need to get your act together as you could have warned us all the previous evening, I believe. I have lost well over £1500 in earnings due to these two cancellations. Booking cheap courses can really cost you.
