Hice un pedido el 21/09/20. Dos meses y medio después no tengo noticias de las mascarillas ni del servicio de atención al cliente tras mandarles decenas de mails. Voy a denunciarlo a la policía porque esto es un TIMO. Ni se os ocurra comprar nada en esa web.

Surprisingly after a first review reporting them as scammers, they shipped the masks
They never replied to direct messages.
Masks are ok but 2.5 months is just too long and customer service does not exist
Masks are ok but not worth the waiting time

I felt I should update my review as I did finally receive my masks 3 months after purchasing them! No contact from Cosmo at all, no apology or explanation just an automated notification saying order was on its way! But they were quick to respond to my review on here! Obviously don’t like people knowing the truth! Even on here they can’t manage an apology. Still would advise touching them with a 10 foot pole!!

Original review: Yeah looks like I’ve fallen for the scam too! Ordered 4 masks for the family on 18 Sep and never got them. In the early days I did receive responses from them but all they did was lie to me and when I insisted on a refund they’ve completely stopped responding to me!! Furious!!

Ordered masks in September....nothing received yet in November. No reply to emails and instagram comments have been disabled. Scam!

No masks after over 2 months and no answer from support when inquired about delays and eventually asked for refund.

SCAMMERS For sure. I placed an order at 17th so Sep, today is 2/11 and still nothing, not replying to emails or even at Instagram messages. I don’t know what else to do. I reckon I just lost 15€ to this scammers.

I have been waiting for almost 50 days for my order. Be careful, its a scam !!! They don't respond to my email anymore. Best move to report them at an official government agency.

Es un timo. Mes y medio después de la compra, que cobraron inmediatamente, no he recibido las mascarillas y no contestan a mis correos.

Ordered these masks over a month ago. They take the money immediately then don’t deliver. No masks and no refund. Feel so cross with myself for falling for this scam. How can they do this in such worrying times. Don’t touch then with a barge pole.

It's a scam, they charge your card immediately and don't send the masks...don't answer the emails and don't refund the money

I received finally but after i open a dispute on Revolut for a refund.Still disappointed with this joke..

Ordered a set of protective masks some time ago. They claimed dispatch within 10 days. They not only have not dispatched it but when I contact them they write that it had been dispatched by Deutsche Post and I will get a tracking number within 24 hours. Happened twice in reply to my emails. I keep asking but they keep avoiding giving me a refund. Potential buyers - beware.
