I have order a kids custom for my son.
He love it, the material are really good and color are just like the pictures. Definitely I will order more from this company. You only need to order with time because the shipping takes time but it will arrive.

We've ordered a few superhero (spidey) costumes for our kids (ages from 4 to 7) here and so glad we did. The quality and fit looks perfect just like the real deal and so the kids love them. There was also some styles available off this site that i couldnt find elsewhere. The customer service also on Whats App was very easy to use and very helpful when i had a sizing issue so I can definitely recommend buying a costume from here.

Ho comprato un costume per un bambino. Sembra ben fatto. Ho avuto un po' di problemi con la spedizione, il pacco sembrava essere arrivato ma non mi è mai stato consegnato. Dopo un po' di confusione sul sito, per capire come essere assistita (il sito da questo punto di vista funziona proprio male), ho trovato un numero whatsapp a cui rivolgermi. E mi hanno prontamente rispedito il pacco. Comunque considerate che le spedizioni sono lunghe.

We ordered this for Christmas present and it finally arrived today to little and we measured him by their height chart. Made super small and he's a small kid.Reading return policy and they will charge 15% restock fee when it's impossible to order right size apparently by their order form. We are so disappointed Ted our 6 yr old grandson has been waiting for this and we can't get a quick resolution! I tried to get number they say you have to have for return and got nothing! I shouldn't have to pay to restock and will not re order from this company and if I knew it was coming from another country I wouldn't have ordered this time! I just want to get the size I need and get the present to my grandson! We ordered small according to his height but looks like we need medium!

I ordered this last minute as the one ordered from Amazon wasn’t delivered. I stressed I needed it for Christmas and the team at CostumesLive made it happen. They saved Christmas!! Costume is exactly as described as well!

We have not recieved our order from this company now all tracking info has disappeared from the wife’s phone they have my money I have no product they need to do something can’t call them it’s a bad number.

I made a mistake ordering through this company, didn't realise until it was too late that I'd paid almost twice as much as I expected (didn't realise it was listed in USD and I was billed in AUD). I contacted the site to cancel the order within 10 minutes of payment as the site said it would refund in full if requested within 24 hours. I then had a message saying I would not receive a full refund as it had been over 24 hours and there was a bit of back and forth about why I was cancelling and how I was actually paying less because it was in USD. Please. This is when I started to accept I'd likely been scammed. Anyway...after a weekend passed I finally received a message saying I'd receive a refund and to just wait for some time for it to be processed. Fast forward to a month later, I contacted my bank to cancel and refund the money as I had not received anything. The bank refunded me within 24 hours. I then received a message from Costumeslive saying they'd processed the refund. If I had to go through my bank for the refund then just say that. Maybe this would've been a good experience if I'd not needed to cancel but this time no, I would not recommend this site. I would recommend the business not argue with and insult the intelligence of their consumers - if a refund is requested, just provide it and the consumer is likely to leave a better review and might do business with you in the future. Because of this I will never order through here again and will warn anyone I know against what seems like a shady business.

Ordered a wonder woman costume for my gf. Everything was as pictured and came in the time frame given. Seller was responsive and resolved any issues I had in a timely manner. I recommend this service.

Ordered an outfit for my son to attend a Halloween event! My son really loved his outfit, had some help from customer service too who sorted out my query promptly. Material is high quality. Thanks so much will be ordering again.

2.your item most likely isn’t going to arrive on time
3.I canceled my order and was told that my money would be refunded in 7-10 buissness days. I waited longer than that and my money wasn’t returned and I had to go through my bank to get the money back.

I am still waiting for my son’s costume ordered October 4th for Halloween. It’s already October 25, and the tracking number emailed isn’t even found! based on recent reviews, I question the legitimacy of this website and company. So upsetting that people scam knowing it would disappoint so many innocent children. I’m so mad and now have to race around to get a costume for my son. So super super angry 😡 I want my money back!. All this garbage about not being able to refund once it’s been shipped… well…. I want PROOF that it was actually shipped. A valid tracking number that actually tells me where my order is… not some bogus number that leads me to some made up delivery service’s website.

UPDATE: costume arrived Oct31 at 11:30am… not in time for son to wear to school Halloween parade so he went without dressing up as anything. PLUS… I ordered from Costumeslive specifically because they offered an XL (other sellers only had Large). The costume was WAY TOO SMALL!… like a SMALL… son couldn’t even get his head through the hole in the top. So even if it came on time, it was THE WRONG SIZE. To make matters worse… the costume was nothing like its picture…. Absolutely nothing like its picture … completely different samurai costume. Awful awful awful.

I’ve sent an email to their customer service who originally responded to my complaint, asking for my money back… I’m still waiting for a reply.

Lovely WhatsApp customer service, I was concern about my estimated arrival time and they explain to me very kindly, Delivery was much quicker than expected & all hassle free. beyond expectations about quality very nice and soft material!!
