Costume live after I emailed them they had a representative contact me numerous times to make sure my order came on time before Halloween and they got it done and handled!very happy with the customer service and the costume it's self!started off Rocky but they got it handled for me!!I'll buy again from them!

I ordered a costume beginning of October around October the 11th 2022. I inquired to see if my costume will make it for halloween as the shipping said 8-10 days. The customer service agent replied with the tracking number which didn't answer my question as it did not work. I asked 3 more times and they still just sent me the tracking number. After thorough research I found the REAL tracking number and it might deliver November 7th or later. Incredibly unsatisfied and livid. Scam company. No one should be buying from here.

The reviews aren’t real. Neither is their instructions on their page. I purchase something than tried canceling it right away. There was no way of me doing that. When i emailed them they responded the next day i guess they’re located in china. In their website it says once purchase you have a window of 24 hours to cancel and get ur money back. After that they dont refund the money. Instead of canceling my order with the email i sent the person ask why i was canceling it when i clearly asked to please cancel because i already had purchased from someplace else where shipping was free and i would receive it in less time. Its been 2 days they haven’t gotten back to me . I had to cancel the order with my bank. Awful store do not recommend ☹️☹️☹️

Very difficult to return a purchase. These reviews on here can't be real! I call BS...

I bought a superman suit and it arrived much earlier than I expected. It fitted perfectly and the fabric was of premium quality

Ordered for a regency themed party and the dress didn’t disappoint! Great quality fabric and cut for a ‘costume’, looked fantastic.
Delivery was much quicker than expected & all hassle free.
I was even texted to make sure that my measurements were accurate.

Tolle Kostüme sieht sehr gut aus. Der Sevice war klasse. Erst hat man uns nochmals nach den Körpermassen gefragt und die Grösse des Kostüms abgestimmt. Lieferung kam sehr schnell. Kundenservice hat auch nochmals nachgefragt, ob wir zufrieden sind. Alles perfekt :o)

The package came within the allocated time and the dress came in perfect conditions! The quality is beautiful too, highly recommend.

I was slightly apprehensive as this was more expensive than I’d usually pay out for a child’s costume. But when it arrived I was absolutely thrilled with the sizing, quality and speed of the delivery. My little boy has not taken it off! He absolutely loves it and it’s worth every penny. Would purchase from this company again in future :)

After conversations with the vendor we were finally able to receive the Shoes after they were shipped by any other way than the United States Postal Service.
