Great flour and brilliant that they deliver! I have tried for years to make sourdough but failed miserably UNTIL I ordered from Matthews! They also have Elaine Boddy as a Sourdough expert and following her no faff approach using Matthew’s Churchill White Bread Flour I have had success!! So excited to start using different flours by Matthew’s as well!

I use Matthew's White Spelt flour for everything: bread, baking, pancakes etc and the results are perfect every time. The flour is light and finely milled, producing a perfect texture. I'm particularly impressed with how the flour performs in my white rolls: they rise beautifully and have that distinctive spelt taste. I have IBS and find that most wheat flours seriously upset my digestion, but not Matthews Spelt. My tummy loves it. I won't use any other flour.

Always excellent quality. I am ordering from there for over 2 years now. Sometimes light rye flour is out of stock and this is the only negative thing I could say. Otherwise can highly recommend.

I bought a bread maker and have only ever used Cotswold Flour for my bakes and every one has been a winner. I buy Cotswold Crunch and Eight Grains mainly and often mix the two for variety. Delivery service is excellent and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

The products are quite superb and reasonably priced, the website is easy to use and I am lucky enough to live near enough to Matthews to collect my orders. I would add that one is always treated with the utmost courtesy both online and in person

The cotswold crunch flour is making beautiful bread.
Pizza with added garlic and herbs in the dough are going down very well.
Malted rye is very tasty.
Thoroughly enjoying all of these and will definitely continue to use these especially in my bread maker.

I’ve tried other flours for my sourdough but nothing works like Matthews.a bonus is that it is all British! Even swanky M & S bread flour is mixed European. The locals I. Bake for appreciate this. The speedy delivery is appreciated by me! Always well-packed.

I have been using Mathew’s Canadian strong flour mixed with Cotswold Crunch for some years now.
I can highly recommend both of these flours. They make great bread (with little effort) which knocks the supermarket pap out of the park.
