Resposta da Cotterell & Co
Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback, we are glad you like your bookends.
We quite agree that polystyrene can be a nuance, a necessary evil though, as it is rather effective at its job at protecting potentially fragile products.
In the future, you can email us before purchasing any new items and we can look into repackaging by alternative means.
Kind regards,
Nathan,
Customer relations.

Brilliant quality goods
I ordered a light shade a few weeks ago. It arrived promptly and well packed. I am so pleased with it. The material used is quality and the pattern - outstanding. I only wish I lived closer to the shops as I’m sure I would spend a fortune. There are so many gorgeous goods for sale.
I will be buying again on line.
