I have worked as a therapist with this directory since 2020 and have found them nothing but supportive. Today I had to call them for support with something really challenging and they were amazing 10/10 service

Well, I`m on the third attempt at trying to speak to a counselor. I've received confirmation emails of all the planned times and dates of the initial phone consultations, and every time I've been let down with zero contact, and zero reasons as to why nobody followed through with the planned sessions. I've contacted Counselling Directory who just said to contact the counselors directly (which I did) and ask them why they haven't followed through on any of the confirmed sessions (which I have) and still no response from the service themselves or any of their counselors. If you need help use another service !!! shocking considering the nature of this business. (would give a 0 rating if possible)

simple, quick, straighforward approach and excellent advice to improve my information.

As a therapist of 8 years I have invested in many different advertising platforms and I rate this one the best based on the quality of support, respect and value that this company consistently provides to it’s paying customers.

I am extremely happy with the counselling directory’s service, having been a member for the past few years….

The counselling adviser who I spoke with regarding the reactivation of my account on The Counselling Directory was kind, patient, listened attentively and was exemplary in giving advice and guidance on how best I could make use of the services provided.
No new clients as of yet, but very early days.

Having recently joined Counselling Directory, I have found them to be a very helpful, first rate service.

Very helpful and supportive as a new member, friendly and answered all my questions promptly would highly recommend!

Counselling directory were professional, very polite and friendly service, they wanted to help with my profile error I could not correct myself. They said they would get it done as soon as they could that day.

The help on hte helpline was great, encouraging and approachable.
On the workshop on your profile, it was beneficial. The time was difficult to manage and the questions really useful, but it would have been good to focus on direct questions on the QandA not people taking up the time with hands up as this seemed to knock the timing off and was not as useful.
To focus on the introductory profile bit would have been good as this is the first thing people see after the photos and was not referred to

Easy to navigate .Had a curtesy call back and emails which is good to know there is support if needed

My issues were resolved very efficiently and helpfully.

Their communication and customer support is excellent. The website is easy to set up and navigate as a practitioner. Haven't heard from any clients yet, given it's only been two days.

My call was picked up quickly and Florence, who took my call, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and offered additional advice that was useful and relevant to my query.

Excellent service so far , it’s my technical issues that has let me down although it’s up and running, will continue this with you as I go along , I have been rather slow as I fell asleep a lot due to many broken nights I’m catching up with you and so forth please bear with me as I do value your service and your time

I have used counselling Directory from its early beginnings, I have watched it grow as it has helped me too. Most people stop subscribing to a platform after a while, I have never looked back and would not want to always be part of this ever growing resource and help. Always friendly and quickly responsive. I don’t have a negative thing to say! Keep up the excellent work you have a great team! My experience with Cloe today in particular was so incredibly helpful. Thank you!

Counselling Directory has supported me to develop my private practice. It's much more than 'just' a directory, there are lots and lots of other benefits too. I've really enjoyed being part of the private Facebook community and writing articles for the website. A specific highlight for me has also been being offered opportunities to comment for counselling-related topics in well known publications. This has been really enjoyable, and it's helped me to develop my PR and marketing skills.

I’ve been in practice for 3 months, and signed up with Counselling Directory, but hadn’t made the most of it. I called for advice about how best to promote my practice, and what resources Counselling Directory offered.

It was such a helpful conversation, and I felt supported and positive. There is a lot of support available and the site is easy to navigate once you know what to look for. I’d say it’s definitely worth a call to the team - to find out how much help there actually is for talking therapists with promotion & peer support.
