Ordered a pair of field boots from these which said in stock on their website. Rang them first before ordering to ask when they will be posted and delivered as I seen previous reviews of a long wait, and they said they will be delivered by the following week. After nearly 8 weeks they still hadn’t been delivered! The staff were very communicative as we were emailing back and forth throughout this waiting time and told me the reason being is that they don’t keep them in stock and are still awaiting on their supplier, which should have been said to me when I rang them up first before ordering. Anyways refund asked for and received as 8 weeks was too long and there was still no sign of them being posted any time soon.. and they still say in stock on their website!! Would not recommend ordering from this site all the other 1 star reviews were right.

Sent the wrong product, customer care do not respond to emails and impossible to speak with. Have been trying for 4 weeks now . Time to charge back on the credit card

I bought products from this company 4 months ago and I still haven’t received them. I emailed loads of times and nobody will let me know when it will be delivered.

Agreeing with the negative complaints- pity I Didnt check them before I ordered. Bought an item and the item never was shipped. emails weren't answered. Probably think I will go away as I am not local.

After a long delay I was eventually sent a product that I hadn't ordered. Numerous follow-up emails (all from myself) have so far failed to resolve this situation.
Avoid this company.

Terrible company. Order dispatched on the 15th July apparently. No further tracking information. We are now on the 30th July. 3 emails sent to the company no answer. Telephone number incorrect when I try to phone it. I feel I may never see my items or money again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

First order with them, it hasn't arrived. Have tried to contact them several times and no response at all. Terrible customer service.

I had placed an order online.
It came up saying product available and that payment was accepted. I then received an email confirming it and the time frame for delivery.
Also it gave delivery charges on there website.
Then the following day I received an email saying they could not deliver to the address and that a refund would be sent and I was refunded
There was no reason given so not sure why it couldn't be delivered
We are based in Co Wicklow and the company based in Co Cork.

Poor service, no communication and late delivery. Tried to contact to find out update but no response. Cheap for a reason

Poor delivery time, and rubbish/no communication. Avoid and worth paying more elsewhere and getting things in a decent timeframe

Got a tractor for sons birthday with a trailer. Ordered one then got email saying it was out of stock so had to change, then tractor came without parts for thr trailer said they'd send them out that was December weve emailed and rang but to no avail its now May.

Order came in two days. Absolutely love it. Thank you

Brought kramp tractor paint online and arrived recorded delivery with DPD to Northern Ireland a couple of days later. No issues good communication would use again and recommend. Thank you for good service.

Avoid !!!! Brought a spreader online Waited 5 weeks for it then eventually got a email saying it’s not in stock it will be in 3 weeks still nothing !! Got a refund then. Would not recommend

Asked country farm supplies to order a jacket for me . Jason was very helpful indeed. Got a text when my jacket arrived. Excellent service and the jacket is top quality. Would highly recommend.

Im not sure why this company has poor reviews, I put an order in and it was delivered 2 days later. Considering it came from Ireland, I think that's brilliant. Product is Rezult scour mix x 12. Price was fair and the only scour mix that works on my goats. 5 stars all round.
