We have been using Courier Logistics for storage for over two years now, but this is the first time I have visited their warehouse. It is such a well organised, clean and safe storage depot that I would not hesitate to recommend them. The purpose of my visit was so that our auditor could do spot checks, and as our stock is so well stored we were dealt with very quickly. Special mention to Julie and Neenah for their efficiency

My Names Jack Ansell, I have been working closely with Courier logistics in Dinnington since starting work for Aqua Free UK over 18 months ago, the service we have received as a company has been beyond exceptional. we have a very communicative relationship which is down to Julie & Neenah, no request has ever been too small for them to help with and have gone above and beyond for us many a time when we have needed it. its been an absolute pleasure working with them and courier logistics as a whole, long may it continue.

We have been using Palletrack after our previous pallet carrier caused numerous damages to our goods. Palletrack are extremely helpful in many aspects and in the 2 1/2 yrs we have used them we have had no reports of any damage or losses. The drivers are polite, efficient and will load via the tail lift if FLT drivers are not on site. Fabulous service from all aspects and a very easy system to use for bookings. Thank you for a wonderful service.

We have been using Courier Logistics for about 4 years now. Having used many other couriers before and still currently do. I cannot rate Courier Logistics highly enough as they go above and beyond for us for every delivery they do for us. The customer services are fabulous and any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for national courier then Courier Logistics are a definite recommendation from us here at Mercers Furniture.

My company has been using Courier Logistics for several months now and we can honestly say we have had no issues whatsoever. They have great customer service, their portals are very user friendly and easy to navigate and we have had no issues with our goods being delivered damaged, late, or not in full, unlike our previous transport company. Elisa, who has supported us from day 1 is fantastic, and is really supportive, and I would recommend her and the company to anyone.

I have just received a delivery which came via APC but was delivered by Courier Logistics as I believe that they are the local agent for APC. I have to say the driver was smart in appearance and the parcel was delivered on time. What more can we ask.

Refused to leave parcel in a safe space. Refuse to redeliver until 7 days later. Dogsh*t company

Don't use this company, I know its tempting because they are cheap but the are cheap for a reason. They won't give you all the details about collection, they won't give you information about delivery, they will keep your item stored somewhere for week, my item in a dirty damp warehouse "if the damage they caused is anything to go by" they didn't turn up on the day, left me sat waiting with no communication. I had ti call then 4 times before they could tell me "delivery this week sometime"
I've been let down by this company & disappointed in them & shiply.

Parked his huge van totally covering a bicycle lane with a ramp to get onto the pavement, but he covered the ramp too which was totally unnecessary. Tried to have a word with the driver about leaving enough space for an alternative route. He just laughed and ignored me. Obviously the drivers this company employs have no consideration.

This is not a reliable service. It has taken 2 weeks and still no divery of important educational documents. No cards or information left. A promise to deliver and not fulfilled. DONT USE THEM
