I was not aware that I would be charged beyond my original purchase. Don't think it was clear until I saw the charge out of my account. The agent I spoke with was able to refund me that - I appreciate that.

I didn’t get the information I needed…
I didn’t get the information I needed thru them weather someone was still in custody or if and when they were released. Really didn not help me when I tried to go thru web site it said they were down so I tried court records with no help from them either.
