Great customer care
Great customer care each time I call. Jennifer was very helpful when I thought I couldn't afford the payment she worked with me and pushed off my payment and lowered it for me. I'm on a limited income, disability, but I need the coverage for my car. My car is a 2013 that I bought brand new. So I am very thankful for her help today.

My check engine light came on. I had a Veri Scan performed, we discovered I have an EVAP issue.
I had multiple questions so I called, spoke with Ms. Nicole. She was knowledgeable answered my questions also addressed all of my concerns .
This was my first time contacting your customer service team.

They will not stop calling you if you don't purchase a warranty up to 4 times a day despite being told that you've purchased a warranty elsewhere. Horrible customer service will hang up on you over and over again.
