BUYERS BEWARD
The staff was very nice, however I do have my reasons for such a low score. I was contacted by Coverage X via telemarketer. Since I am 70 years old and a widow, this coverage looked like a good deal, this was on November 16th, 2025. I found out days later, that due to poor health, I could not drive anylonger and contact Coverage X for a refund. I kept getting the runaround about my refund, to the point where staff acted determined to help me, only to go invisable! Here it is almost the end of February and I still didn't receive my refund!
