The website was easy to navigate
The website was easy to navigate to create a custom bench cushion. Unfortunately, the shipper (likely) ripped the plastic packaging so it arrived dirty and we've been unable to wash it off. But customer service took care of it for us and will be sending us a replacement.

The zippers are high quality and we had no problems inserting our old foam inserts into them. Our patio set now looks new!

I had a cover made the first time it…
I had a cover made the first time it worked perfectly and then it got lost or misplaced or whatever and then called them back a year later on the phone they pulled up my order and made a new one for me. It was made and delivered within two weeks. I was extremely happy.

This custom product is perfect. Exactly as measured, fits perfect, fabulous quality/construction and looks great. It fits in well with the seven other custom covers I have ordered. Very poor communication and dishonest…
Very poor communication and dishonest status of my order. 7 times I asked for a status and it was always in production with a delivery 3-7 business days away. After 2 months of delays they offered a 10% refund to compensate / thank you… but a month later same story so I cancelled my order. They refunded my order no problem… but very frustrating experience and spend the summer with no shade after I ordered in may with a mid June delivery planned at purchase.
