This has been a great experience. The first cover did not fit. I paid the warranty in case it didn’t fit. They worked with me on this and I received a new cover that fits great. I wish I could leave a picture of my sectional cover ad fire pit cover. Thank you covers and all.

Excellent Covers, Excellent Process!
These are well made, heavy duty covers that fit perfectly! There were reviews that complained about the company going "back and forth" with design requests. Frankly, I found the process to be excellent and understandable that they wanted to ensure you received exactly what you had submitted for an order. Their process is to create a computerized graphic image of your cover and then ask for confirmation of specific dimensions. Mine was slightly different than their standard images and so this process ensured the final product fit perfectly!

I recently was gifted some Covers&All from my girlfriend. I like the quality, so I order another 12 pieces to match the rest of my out door furniture. Worked with a rep to make sure that the same product was order. costing me $1200 with discount. When I received my product, it all came with INSERTS, which I didn't need and wasn't what the rep and I talked about. Because I waited more than 7 days to open my package and put them my old intserts I now cannot get anyone to help me, can't send product back and let me tell you, if you have any issue with product, don't bother calling in to get someone to help, I noticed that 2 covers were the wrong color, I called the next business day and was told to bad, that no changes could be made after I hit submit. So frustrating, anyone need inserts, I guess I will donate them to the homeless shelter they are nice quality but will get eaten by rats sitting in storage

Inept employees
Inept employees, inconsistent information, ludicrously false measurements, lies, being treated like a child on the phone, and hopefully they process a full refund promptly for an order that was canceled after two months of games from them.
I never received a product. This order was canceled before that happened.
Double-check everything before approving the design. Have seen other reviews stating the refund policy is difficult, and they do not issue a full refund.

The directions were clear on how to submit, loved that a mockup was sent to make sure we were in sync, customer service was helpful when I had a question, and the final product fits perfectly and looks great.

Overall an excellent experience. Website was very easy to navigate and make initial purchase. I did make a mistake in measurements and needed to utilize the insurance I purchased. The 2 people I worked with were extremely professional and helpful, always making me feel like a valued customer. The process was very simple and quick and the replacements work great. They appear to be very high quality with impeccable craftmanship and look great. I'm so happy with this purchase I would give 10 start if it was an option!

We had ordered covers for our adirondack chairs about 10 yrs ago and had sold the chairs but still used the same covers for the chairs for this order. They had just began to fade after all these years. Because of the material and perfect measurements, we decided to order from you again. Good quality and color matched website colors.
The order process was pretty easy and I had some cusions that were off size. I was surprised when they came and the package was not large, not realizing that the cushions were vaccuum packed and once open all was fine. I stopped worrying. Quality of fabric was fine as well as the color. Delivery is from India so it took longer than expected.
