HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
Im so upset right now I purchased two things from Coziwow, one right from their wearhouse and one through Chewy. I must say this has been the worst experience EVER!!!!! I have nothing but problems with both pieces not just one but both!!! The kitty feeder the screws didnt even fit into the screw holes!! And then the kitty house the arm bar for the roof didnt have all the parts on it. So now I called them to get a replacement, and they 're telling me it's gonna take 2 to 3 weeks, which is ridiculous!!!! I have been fighting with both things I purchased for over a week now and I can't even use either of them. This is crazy. I've never seen anything like it!!! Trust me, buy from somewhere else. Do not buy from these people. It's nothing but a rip off!!!!! Horrible Experience

I would give it a negative number…
I would give it a negative number rating if I could! 2 months later still not assembled! No receiving holes for the many screws used to assemble this nightmare. Not even heavy duty cordless screwdrivers (we've tried many) will penetrate the wood frames. Will have to hire a handyman to try & finish the product! Very sorry I ordered it!!!

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent; they went above and beyond to help me find the litter box liners that fit our cat box. We couldn't be happier with the CSR, the litter box, and liners. Thank you!

Most excellent outdoor cat shelter
The feral cat shelter came quickly and was well packaged. Cleverly designed with easy-to-follow instructions for assembly. High attention to detail, countersunk holes for the screws was a nice touch.

Wonderful Catio!
Great product, easy to assemble, screens and frames already assembled, just screw panels together. Beats trying to build one from scratch. Directions were a bit backward, but can be figured out. My cat loves it so much I’m considering buying another one and adding more space!

Sturdy construction and as Advertised
The installation was a few hours' project but the end result was great with no issues. The structure is sturdy for cats or a puppy and a lot heavier than I expected. The optional cat decorations for the walls were a cute touch!
