I’ve been using the Cheerble fountain for my cat for a few months now, and she loves it! Not only is she drinking water, but it’s easy to clean and quiet. The company is also extremely responsive, caring, and helpful if ever you need to get in touch. I can’t recommend them enough!

We purchased the Wicked Ball and Wicked Bone over a year ago, and our dog loves them. After about a year of use, the Wicked Bone started losing its Bluetooth connection intermittently. I reached out to Cheerble's customer service, and they were fantastic to work with — they quickly responded and walked me through some troubleshooting steps to try to fix the issue.
When troubleshooting didn't resolve it, they didn't hesitate to offer a replacement, even though the product was well past the point of purchase. I received a confirmation email with tracking info right away, and the replacement arrived and works perfectly.
It's rare these days to get this level of support for a product after a year of use. It really speaks to how much Cheerble stands behind their products. Highly recommend both the toys themselves and the company for backing them up.

Had a problem with a Cheerble pet drinking fountain and the team addressed the problem quickly and to my complete satisfaction!

First of all... this is my dog's favorite toy! Even when the core is out to get charged she plays with it. The core encountered some weather, so I reached out to see if I could just get a replacement core. Nope... they are sending me a NEW REPLACEMENT CHEERBLE instead! Great customer service!

I've been using the Elfin D1 Pro for quite awhile now (I was a kickstarter backer) and my dogs and cats LOVE them! We have 4 of them and I cannot tell you how much I love not having to deal with a pump. It's super easy to clean and refill. We haven't had a single issue with any of them. My pets actually drink more because of the circulating water.

The Wickedbone has easily become one of my dog's favorite toys! As a young toy poodle, he needs a lot of mental stimulation, and the interactive timer mode really keeps him busy when I need to work, allowing me to focus in peace. The Wickedbone can move around uninterrupted for 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes when the interactive timer on the app is set, rolling gently on the floor. Highly recommended for any dog owners who need a small break from constantly needing to throw toys around while working from home :D

I had purchased a pumpless dog water fountain from this brand through Amazon and experienced some problems with the fountain pump system. I reached out to Cheerble's customer service for support with a copy of my purchase receipt and a short video of the malfunction and they were very responsive and accommodating. This experience gave me a great deal of confidence to purchase Cheerble products in the future.

Cheerble makes truly excellent toys. They're unique, intuitive, and they're a helpful distraction for your pups, kitties and whatever other animals that want to catch the curious, self-propelling thing around the house.

My puppy loves to chew on the rough TPU material of the shells while she plays; I think she loves the vibration on her erupting adult teeth, too. Their replacement shells are fairly priced given the construction and material and they offer varieties that change the behavior of their bouncing toys. My older dog is partial to the squeaky rugby shell as opposed to the standard ball for the Wicked Air Bounce and the rope-ball shell has been her favorite toy, period, even if it's not rolling.

They have their limitations like all things, more specifically don't let your pup take it in the pool or run through the sprinklers no matter how much they want to. The inner-cores are well-constructed and designed, still. Out of curiosity, I easily disassembled it and was very impressed by the circuit board. Naturally, they work best on hard floors or dense, low pile carpet much like anything that bounces and rolls.

Though their products might seem pricey on first glance, Cheerble's sales are very fair, so don't write them off. And if you end up running to any issues, their customer service is highly responsive.

I bought the wicked ball PE from cheerble and my German shepherd loved every minute he spent with it, it was non stop fun and built to last tough chewers, would highly recommend.

I purchased the Cheerble Wicked Mouse Plus for my cat and it is by far her favourite toy, as it keeps her active and engaged since it is constantly darting all over the room. The flash and sound features are very convenient by helping you find it in case it gets stuck in a spot. I would definitely recommend this toy for anyone with a cat.
