Compared to my experience in USA, the price was very good. As for convenience, I just ordered and forgot about it until it turned up well packaged and as advertised - not some cheap no-name replacement.

You tried to get my new mask to me when I said I needed express delivery but it wasn't an option I could choose.
It turned up the day I needed it for hospital but unfortunately I had already left ,but atleast I had it upon my return from surgery.

My CPAP trial
I have used it for over a month and only took it off a few times when the seal of the nasal pillow mask could not be maintained as this continued to wake me and my wife up.

My CPAP Journey
A month ago I found out that I had severe sleep apnea and since then I have frequently been to the CPAP Network clinic in Mornington Victoria. My CPAP therapist Justin Toth has gone out of his way to help me find the correct machine and mask. It has been quite a journey for me as I suffer from nasal congestion, which has interfered dramatically with my CPAP therapy. Thank you Justin for your patience and professionalism. Without your encouragement I probably would have given up. I am so glad that I have persevered as I'm feeling the benefit of a good nights sleep. The CPAP Clinic culture in Mornington is empathetic and understanding. I'm looking forward to a better quality of life.
