Wrong and Faulty Parts
I was going to score higher based on the outcome of my contact regarding the issue. Unfortunately I have not been able to contact you either via web portal, captcha tool was not working, or by phone, I just sat in position 1 in the que for 30 mins. Left a message for you to call me when convenient for you, probably not so much for me.
The issue is that you have sent me the wrong size mask and the elbow joint leaks around the joint.

It’s not really uncomfortable to wear
It’s not really uncomfortable to wear. I got used to it very quickly. It stops my jaw from dropping and my mouth opening. I find that it makes a huge difference in my snoring along with my mouth guard. Not 100% but very close.

The youth headgear set did not come…
The youth headgear set did not come with a magnetic cloth which I was told specifically when I asked. Is the old style. You should let me know before that. I specifically ask to have the magnetic opening. Good received is not the same.
