The nhs changed provider of my nasal pillow mask. Looked online nearest was this one. Getting used to it, would prefer head straps to be different widths for ease in the night, without having to put thr light on to see which way round it goes.

Ease of access and order procedure. Nice discount and quick delivery made my experience a piece of cake

Company website is quite slow but easy to use and order from. Delivery notifications and updates spot on.
Despatched and delivered as promised.
Only issue was DHL delivering to the wrong address, a neighbour and stating that it was signed for by me. It was also left on the neighbours doorstep in view of the street. Not your fault so I've kept it as 5 stars.

Purchased from them as the Travel CPAP machine was on sale for a good price, which offset the additional they were charging above MSRP for the mask I needed. There was no way of claiming VAT exemption (for a medical device for diagnosed condition ) on the website at time of purchase. Other companies that don’t exempt at time of purchase will happily send you a VAT disclaimer & refund form for them to refund you the VAT. Sadly CPAP Store London informed me they don’t do this. (There is also no VAT number on the accompanying invoice)
The Mask I received was opened and stamped ‘NOT FOR RESALE’ on the headband. If I didn’t need it for an imminent trip I’d send the mask back and purchase else where.
The other items purchased were unopened and seem ok.

I was unsure what I needed but whoever I spoke to on the telephone was very helpful

Didn’t receive item, very rude staff. Charged almost double expected price as they added on TAX and next day delivery on without it being obvious when making purchase. Avoid at all costs!

Speed of service and delivery
Very good

Nothing to say that you need any other equipment with mask so wasted nearly £150 on a product that doesn’t work. Delivery was supposed to be within a few days via DHL and despite receiving messages to say delivery was one a certain day and with a tracking number. It was delivered two days later.
