Smooth sailing
I recently purchased a new replacement CPAP machine online and the process was easy and quick. As I had brought my previous machine through CPAP Victoria they had my therapy details on file which made the setup easier although I did need to drop in to my local centre for some fine tuning the staff were excellent and this only took a few minutes.

Terrible customer service at the…
Terrible customer service at the Frankston store. There was no indication on the website that the item was out of stock, and only found out by chasing it up with the store myself. Waiting over a week for a click and collect, which ended up being mailed to me. Will not order from CPAP Victoria again.
