From my first conversation with David Conway at CP Hart St Albans showroom, I knew I was in very professional, capable hands.
I discussed my ideas, David understood what I wanted. He gave excellent suggestions. Thanks to David I now have a beautiful bathroom.
I really felt I was a valued customer.

Top quality products - top quality service
C.P. Hart is unquestionably the U.K.'s best supplier of top quality bathroom products - with service to match. We had a problem with a shower valve thermostat, some 15 years after it was installed, and Melissa Tucker in customer service left no stone unturned to resolve the issue for us. Tremendous!

New bathroom basin taps
I contacted CP Hart to enquire about replacement tap cartridges for our bathroom basin, which are replacing. The taps are probably 25+ years old. Although very expensive we decided to replace the taps with new (chrome pillar taps as before). Melissa and colleagues have been very helpful and attentive. I have given five stars although I question value for money for spare parts, which seem expensive.

Not fit for purpose soap dishes
Very sorry to give a poor review. This is not about the team at CP Hart, who have been very courteous and up to a point very helpful. I recently purchased bathroom/toilet accessories like toilet roll holders, soap dishes etc. And it is with the soap dishes, that I have a real problem. Long made short. Knock the glass soap holder and it easily and quickly falls out of the metal holder. It is of course very well made and looks great. But that's not the point. I spoke to somebody (and even sent them a video). This issue was rejected by CP Hart, who claimed that the glass soap dish needed to be loose, so it could be removed. Sorry this is not correct. They obviously don't understand that there is a difference between loose and firm. Firm is good loose is bad. And since I have no desire to fit them and then a little bit down the road, they get knocked and fall and smash on the floor. They need to go back. Shame, as I would have preferred a product that was fit for purpose. BTW they were to replace rather old and sad looking Homebase holders, that were a fraction of the price, when bought 20 years ago. But the Homebase glass is held firmly in the metal loop, that forms part of the arm. If Homebase could get it right 20 years ago, I am confused why CP Hart don't understand this need 20 years on. Real shame. Looks great but form over function is not much help.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the Spillo soap dish and that it has not met your expectations.
As you have acknowledged, our team engaged with you courteously and reviewed the video provided and also inspected the product in person, in one of our showrooms. Following this assessment, it was concluded that the manner of use demonstrated in the video does not reflect typical day to day use. The soap dish within the Spillo range is intentionally designed to sit loosely within the holder so it can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance.
The Spillo collection is one of our most popular and cost-effective ranges, and we do not receive similar feedback from other customers. That said, we fully appreciate that individual expectations can differ .
As the items were purchased online, we would also note that we have 16 showrooms nationwide where customers are welcome to view and handle products in person prior to purchase, which can be helpful when assessing suitability, weight, and fixing methods.
We are sorry that, in this instance, the product was not right for you and that this has resulted in disappointment. We value all feedback and will ensure your comments are shared internally with our product team.

Five-star service from start to finish
I purchased products from C.P. Hart Waterloo branch for two of my bathrooms and the whole experience has been excellent.
Adam in sales was very friendly, helpful, and always responsive whenever I had questions. The after-sales team (Melissa, Michelle, Kyra) were also outstanding. At one point my plumber misplaced a part for my TOTO washlet toilet seat, and C.P. Hart contacted TOTO and arranged a replacement completely free of charge.
I also had an issue with the underfloor heating where my installer accidentally damaged the cable during installation, and C.P. Hart helped liaise with the supplier quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem.
Overall, I highly recommend this company. Great products, great service, and genuinely supportive after-sales care. Five-star service all round. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
