Contacted them this morning regarding an issue with a toilet seat. Within minutes I had a reply and a new item has been sent out. Great service.

Found spare parts for bath and basin taps that are ten years old. Very efficient service.

Goods delivered on time and as planned. Heavy goods handled efficiently and with care to ensure damage avoided.

Excellent Supplier who manages to offer that little bit more than everyone else. We were away for an extended period of time this summer and our products stored without question to be delivered at our convenience weeks later by Wade, a driver/operator who took on the challenges of a red route and central London traffic without hesitation.

We needed to change a bathroom basin. The delivery guys Bastien and Wayne were outstanding, liaising by phone in good time, taking the new basin up two flights of stairs and collecting the heavy return sink from inside the property. And despite the travails of driving a 18 ton lorry around London during a week of tube strikes were delightfully good humoured! Really top marks.

Excellent service from Karen Dench in the Wimbledon showroom, followed up with smooth delivery from Kevin and Ian. Nice work.

Mandy Davies assisted me in purchasing bathroom items to be shipped to the USA. Her service has been exceptional. She is very efficient and professional. Always prompt and knowledgeable, she made the process easy and comfortable.
