Based on other reviews here I think I got lucky. Haven't ordered but sent multiple emails about an order I planned to make and never received a reply.

I ordered almost $200 in beer last Nov and got nothing. I have sent 5 requests and proved that they are still not shipped yet they don't respond. I tried to stop my CC to which they replied to my CC company that it was in process and to late to ship. I have filled a complaint with the State and BBB. This company is a SCAM!!!

I used Craftshack many times in the past and for the most part it worked well which is why I kept returning. The last time however things went belly up. I spent about $195 and got three beers. The beers were shipped in multiple packages from different locations around the country. I got one package of three beers. The rest I didn't receive and the reason why is because they used the same tracking number on every package. So when I got the one package it showed as having that tracking number delivered and all the rest of them went to a warehouse or back to Craftshack. I immediately filed a complaint with Craftshack and I got an automated response saying they'd get back to me. They never did. I tried several times to get in touch with them and they wouldn't respond. I finally had to go through my credit card to get all charges reversed. I'll never use them again. Too much stress.

Terrible from the start. A very vague confirmation email, no shipping information, and what we received is not what we ordered. We contacted customer service upon receipt of our order explaining what we received vs what we ordered. We received an autogenerated email saying we would hear back within 24 hours with a few exceptions. Its been over a week, and still nothing. Don't waste your time or money with this company, go elsewhere.

Ordered 4 bottles of bourbon 3 months ago and never received them. No email updates on order status and the support ticket goes nowhere. Tried calling them and their phone lines have been down for days. Managed to get through once but had to leave a voicemail. Have never been able to get an actual person to answer. Has to be a scam because there is actually NO customer service. Can’t even say it’s the worst customer service because that would mean I actually got somewhere with these clowns. I would never recommend this company to anyone I liked.

Should have read the reviews before ordering! Placed an order, never received a shipping confirmation. After some back and forth I was asked if I wanted to cancel my order or keep waiting. Pumpkin beer season does not last forever so I canceled the order and was told my refund was coming. That was two months ago and guess what...no refund and now nobody will respond to my emails.

If I can give this company a star lower than 1 I would. This company have no communication with my after I call and email them. My order never arrived and no refund and no response from email or call back from my call.

I ordered a Christmas present on Nov9. four weeks later my order still hadn't been fulfilled. Several e-mails later I get an apology. They said they were out of part of my order. So here we are 12/20. no order, no refund. yes, I paid in full. Buyer Beware, very disappointed.

Ordering from them is like entering a Giant Black Hole. 2 weeks later and not even an order confirmation! I didn’t even make it to shipping. 2 emails and 2 phone calls without reaching anyone.

Paid a big markup on bourbon only to have super slow fulfillment - over a week to just hand item to shipper, then the world's absolute slowest FedEx shipping to get it to its destination. It's now been 2 weeks, order that cost over $100 has missed its scheduled FedEx delivery date, is sitting two states away from its destination, there's been zero human contact from either Craftshack or the vendor fulfilling the order (tried to call them and they aren't even taking calls). For the price I paid I expect a lot better service and to have a live human to communicate with. D- would not use again.

I ordered a $100 gift card for my son in law. I never received it. I called and sent 2 emails. No response it’s been over 2 weeks. What a terrible company, if it truly is one.

The service is incredibly poor. There are better options. Avoid this company.

They recently sent a marketing email for Memorial Day 2024 with a "Free Shipping on ALL orders" promotion. My order went through successfully, then they contacted me 24 hours later claiming that I failed to meet the minimum $50 order threshold. Then they had the audacity to try to upsell me on more of the same product so that I could meet the minimum. I was not interested, so they canceled my order. Their marketing practices are deceptive and misleading. And when you consider how grossly overpriced everything they sell is (even rare stuff), it's a dealbreaker. Stay away.

Ordered 4 Stone Cold Steve Austin’s beer on March 9 thinking they would get her in time for April 4th. No tracking number provided. Waited about 3 weeks, finally emailed them to see where our order was. No response for about a week and all the email said was, we don’t know why order is being delayed. We Finally received our order on April 20th. Almost two months for this small order. Do not waste your money ordering from here.

I ordered a specific bottle from this company and they sent me another instead. They ignored my emails and phone calls. Finally after 3 weeks with a couple messages in between the sent me a return label to return the wrong bottle. They received it but never refunded me as discussed. Emailed and called many times but ignored me without any call or message back. Glad I used my Apple Card and took lots of screenshots, pictures, and proof of receipts. Goldman Sachs just credited me back my money and closed the case. Never received a refund. Company is a complete scam!

I don’t know why they’ve gotten so many negative ratings. I ordered a bottle of whiskey on a Sunday. Got several updates during the week and it was delivered on Friday. I also have to say I got the whiskey and a very good price. Nothing but good to say about craftshack.

I tried to get Jimmy Red Corn(Southern Revival) cask strength. The picture showed indicated 56.1 ABV. There is a disclaimer beneath the picture, so I get it…beware. However, in the actual product description the whiskey is specifically listed as 56.1 ABV. Legal/illegal…I can’t say, but they are definitely misleading people, so it’s no wonder their reviews are terrible.

I would imagine the beer is great once it arrives. Plan for at least 2-3 weeks delivery time as they do not advertise that on their site.

Would give them -5 stars if I could. Do not trust the reviews on their site, it's not possible to leave a review there.. which makes sense since their customer service is horrible. Placed an order on January 17th & I had to reach out multiple times to get the status of the remaining items. Supposedly the order was prepared for shipping on 2/1, but it wasn't until 2/19 when I requested a refund that they magically shipped. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Stay away. This company is awful. I selected six beers for a Christmas present for a relative and paid top dollar. They delivered exactly one beer. Multiple emails and voicemails and no response. I would give them negative 5 stars, if that was possible. I will re-score if they move to resolve this issue.
