i googled the address before placing an order as it seemed much cheaper that other prices. It was a residential address, therefore i neve placed an order

Do not use this company, I never received my order. Emails came as deliverable. When prices are to good to be true -- !@#$$%

I ordered a bottle of Barolo Chinato on June 27th and someone named Rachael Josefina Bola tried to charge my paypal account for the same amount and then they increased the charge by $6. I then got an email from Nabait that my order had not processed. I have contacted Paypal to cancel the transaction.

Same as others, providing comments, I ordered a bottle of Sotol, did not receive it within three weeks, but because I paid by PayPal will be requesting a refund of the purchase price. The payee notation on the PayPal confirmation was to the name of an individual, appeared to be female name, which seemed suspicious to me at the time. In my view, I can only conclude “Scam“…

I place an order over a month ago they confirmed they received the order and payment and I'm yet to receive whatvi order. I cant get ahold of anyone, i will get with PayPal to see if i can get a refund, please do not use this website.

I placed an order for a bottle of Benromach 15 via Nabait.com after clicking a Google Shopping ad.

The site looked real enough, and checkout was processed through PayPal - but I never received a confirmation email, tracking info, or any reply from the seller.

The FAQ mentions a totally different website (robaweb.com), and after checkout I was briefly redirected to a suspicious third-party domain (bapin.asia).

A few days later, I started receiving phishing emails about my “cart.”

After 24 days with no communication or shipment, I filed a PayPal dispute - and they refunded me instantly, which strongly suggests this seller is already flagged.

Do not trust this site.

Likely part of a short-term scam operation using fake storefronts and bait pricing.

Only reason I didn’t lose money is because I paid through PayPal.

I ordered on May 20, 2025 and still have not received my purchase but I did order through PayPal so I will be getting a refund. If I could give zero stars I definitely would

Terrible joke of a business - at least Paypal is honest and refunds your money. If I could give no stars I would.

Same story. Made an order and never heard from them again. The phone number is not-answering machine.

They changed the price of the item, charged my card the new price, cancelled the order, and never heard from them again. I had to be rescued by PayPal

I placed an order and they had no problem taking my money but no product has been delivered I'm very disappointed lesson learned now I can't even access the web site! Can't even track my order I just want the product if not then money back would be great

Wish I would have searched before placing an order. I am having the same experience, no product is being received and cannot reach anyone by phone or email. Guess I will never receive the bottle I ordered as a gift.

Bought 2 bottles using PayPal. No response. Tried to contact by email - no such email. Tried to call - phone is in IL is going to a very short voice mail. Address though in CA. Place a claim in PayPal.

Ordered, fortunately, through PayPal. After receiving conformation from Nabait.com that order was received, my paypal confirmation listed a different company (ZXC) and only gave an email address for contact. They also raised the amount I had authorized by $50. Reached out immediately to paypal, as well as my credit card bank. This company is a fraud!!!! Beware!!!

Nabait is a scam. Do not buy any product in their website. Bought using PayPal and never received the product . PayPal has an excellent support customer service and reimbursed me after they didn’t receive response from the Nabait.

This should be a No star! But, it's not an option! I ordered from this seller and never got my order! I had to contact my credit card company to refund me! I am trying to file a complaint to the better business bureau. I don't think they're a member and would not be punished! This is just a SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM nabait.com!

I made an order and paid in November, and as of mid-January, I never received the ordered item.

Scam. Never sent the item or responded to inquiries about what happened. Also added a second charge to my account without my approval.

Never received the Rum and they won’t respond to emails.
