Order shipped to the wrong address, never received it
We placed an order and carefully entered my shipping address during checkout. The store's system changed my address without my knowledge or consent and shipped a $500 order to a completely different address that I have no connection to. When I contacted customer service immediately, they refused to help and essentially washed their hands of the problem. I never received the items I paid for because their checkout system changed my shipping information without authorization. This is either a serious technical problem with their website. Warning to others: Double-check your order confirmation email before the package ships. Their system may change your address without telling you, and they will not take responsibility when it happens.
