You’re absolutely right, when investing in a premium desk, you should expect a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Unfortunately, the issues with the courier, including the breakdown, redirection, depot hold, and failed delivery attempts, fell well below both your expectations and ours. We completely understand how disruptive this has been, especially being left without a desk in the meantime.

We can confirm that your refund has now been fully processed. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a few business days to appear.

We also want to acknowledge that declining the credit and requesting a refund was absolutely your choice to make, and we respect that. This experience is not the standard we aim to deliver, and your feedback regarding the delivery process has been shared internally for review.

We’re genuinely sorry we didn’t get the opportunity to provide the experience you were hoping for. If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
