Awful
Ordered printer ink on 22 August 2025. I am now being told it is delayed until 3 September. This is a product I need to do my daily work. Yet there is no urgency. Apparently, despatche from Jersey using Royal Mail, so what's the problem? I have had this before when buying from Jersey. On three other occasions I have had long delays, until they eventually tell you it has been damaged in transit and that you need to contact the seller. This is absolutely unacceptable, particularly when they have taken your cash and you are left hanging in the air.
