Buyer beware , do not purchase anything from this company, everything comes from China, customer service is extremely poor, I have waited 4 weeks for items that were marked as sent, tracking number provided Leeds to no where, complained and, apparently, it will take an additional 15 business days to look into my concern and get back to me. I can’t get a refund as the items have been marked as sent. This is exceptionally frustrating and annoying. Items were bought weeks in advance for a camping holiday, I had to purchase elsewhere. Do not purchase from these guys as it will end in heartache

Don't purchase from them I waited a month to receive my goods! I called and they only wanted to compensate me $5.00 ! Get real. I'll never buy from them again.

It was nearly 3 weeks before dispatch. My daughter’s party is in 3 days and it may not even arrive in time. The Australian website address is a ruse. Products have been shipped from China

Run and don’t look back, just spend an extra $4 or $5 somewhere else, it’s so worth it, tracking is bad, customer service is bad, it will be there in 4-10 business days, well past that one. Will never use them again

They have a phone number 0391115708, but they won't answer. Their internet contact is automated and keeps saying your order is in process; it's bullshit. Save your money by buying somewhere else, Bob Dickson

Absolutely terrible customer service. I asked them to cancel a chair that I did not need as I had an operation and the rehab supplier supplied this. It was still sitting in process. I asked them to cancel it. They did not reply. Two days later they shipped it. I asked why did they ship it when I asked to cancel it two days before they said it’s too late now it’s been shipped. Another words they just wanted to sail and didn’t want to refund me my money.

You are crazy do do business with this mob. My order was listed as delivered, but it hasn’t been delivered. Sent two emails so far asking them to tell me where it is, but no reply. Tried contacting the delivery people but that doesn’t work either. Looks like a bunch of rouges working together. Delivered time is only slightly later than another time which I am presuming is a courier address in Melbourne. But I cannot get any answers from anyone. My advice is stay well clear of this crazy mob!

not going to lie after making my purchase i looked at the reviews and thought “omg what have i done” but it was fine! got notified on where things were at and it came in the timeframe it said. bought a kpop lightstick. box was a little bit squashed and it was open, but no damage to the product. it works perfectly. not sure if i would order on the site again but for this order it was worth it.

Total scam! The photo advertising the product was of the genuine product and what arrived was absolutely nothing like it. To return it is going to cost more than I bought it for (plus it took over a month to arrive and the Return policy is only for 30 days). This fraudulent Chinese company is just ripping off buyers. Really annoyed that I didn't look at Trust Pilot first to find out what a con Crazy Sales is. Never again.

Be cautious of buying stuff from here, also just because they say Victoria they ship from CHINA and had the item come from Victoria the extra $15 would be acceptable however the same item from TEMU was less the $15 and clearly states it is shipped from CHINA.
LOOK OUT IF BUYING FROM HERE.
Oder date was 15th Jan and they say delivery is in Feb too late for the Birthday gift it was meant to be.

Took forever for an item to be shipped. Still haven’t received it 2. Also the order id they gave me was wrong so couldn’t contact them online. Called to check and was on hold for 25 mins and then it was after 5pm so you know what happened then ….just awful. Wish I could give zero stars. More accurate.

Impossible to unsubscribe from emails and no replies to emails.

Purchased items specifically as gifts. The products arrived with visibly crushed and damaged boxes due to transit damage. While the items inside may technically function, damaged packaging makes them unsuitable for gifting.
Customer service acknowledged the damage likely occurred during shipping but refused to offer a proper remedy, stating that only functionality matters and offering a token $5 partial refund instead of replacement or resolution.
Very disappointing experience. Packaging condition matters when items are bought as gifts, and this was not handled reasonably

I Recently purchased an item from crazysales website that didn't look or function as advertised.
I Tried contacting them but only received 1 email about return policy nothing else. I replied through email several time to followup requesting a refund but no reply.
I should have read the negative reviews about this inadequate organisation before purchasing inadequate inferior products from their website.
Absolutely disgraceful lack of respect for customers. I'll be sure to let others know not to ever purchase from crazysales website. Products are only worthy of the garbage bin! Absolute rip-off!! Never again!! Complete waste of money!!

Can I give them ZERO stars?
I ordered a shopping trolley. What they sent was a kids "foam pool with balls". And getting them to take this thing away was a nightmare. They couldn't even send me links that worked ... paperwork on my end was over-the-top. They refused to send what I actually ordered until they got their foam pool back, and in the meantime my shopping trolley SOLD OUT. I was being treated like I was trying to cheat them! One month later, and I finally got my refund, but only after I lodged a PayPal dispute.
Meantime they kept sending me marketing emails suggesting I might like ... guess what ... a foam pool with balls!

This company misled customers to think they are Australian company but they are not! They are Chinese company in disguise, everything they sell are from China. They update the shipping information every week not every day. It took one week to let me know “the shipping information was received “ after receiving my order. Then took another week to say “ shipping label is approved “. Then no information at all after that. I purchased one item to be a Christmas present on 12th of December and still have no idea where my delivery is on the third week. Christmas had come and gone but no sign of my delivery. I wrote to them twice and got no answer from them. They responded to me saying I could contact them again if I didn’t receive my delivery on 31st of December!!
It is a scam.

I brought a advent calendar and it showed on the box (soft) and ( micro mellows) and it came like very poorly.
It wasn't soft. And behind it was ai desiged designs for the advent calendar and it did not include some. And on the back of the box there was a ai can the cat squishmellow. And it was 50 dollars. just for a SCAM advent calendar. And no it's not my fault it's the crazy sales website. They showed it like it was a real deal. I'm never buying from them again.

Please do not get sucked into buying anything from this so called 'online store.' It's a scam that I fell for two wks ago and am yet to receive delivery, no tracking history or updates, even on so called 'full site', phone doesn't answer despite calling 3 times and phone hangs up when you finally become furst in the queue (on hold for an hr each time) , order number apparently non existent as says 'incorrect'. Not australian, chinese company. I've now lost up to $500 in money that was due to be xmas presents :( Please i urge you to not fall for this pretebd comoany that popa up in your socials. They sucked ne in with kpop stuff due to popular demand
