All good. Delivery a little long, 10 days to send the package and 8 days to receive it after. Received the printer damaged but I immediately contacted the support which is very responsive. The team sent me new parts to replace the damaged ones and the printer works fine now.

Update: I’ve noticed creality3dshop.com uses the same canned response to all complaints on this forum… not very sincere if you ask me 👎🏻 I purchased a Creality CR-5 Pro High temp. The trouble started with shipping. The printer went unclaimed for almost 2 weeks. Creality3dshop.com website looks like the manufacturer's site... DO NOT BE FOOLED. They are a reseller and if you purchase from them you risk loosing as I have. I purchased my Printer on December 2nd of 2022... It took along time to even get confirmation for shipping but that was the least of my problems. When the printer finally arrived. It was missing screws and had a bent threaded rod for moving the build platform up and down. All of the connecting hardware for the side panels were missing and the motor made a horrible sound when running. It was evident that this unit was not able to pass QC from the Factory and the damage that was found did not happen during shipping/ with the exception of the top cover which was also cracked. Chreality3Dshop has done nothing but lie and promise to send a replacement... I issued a charge back from my credit card... and when they said they told me via email that they could not issue a new replacement unless the charge was allowed to go through I stupidly released payment from my card. Now they are saying that they issued me a refund which they have not and that the receiving bank has frozen my account... Complete fabrications... Also Creality (the Manufacturer) has not been helpful at all... They write that since I purchased from a reseller/dealer I would have to sort this out with the seller. I may never buy a Creality product again because of this... The printer has never worked and now I am being scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE>. I wish I had found this site earlier or I would never had purchased from them.... TERRIBLE

Customer support is great! I ordered several items from creality3d.shop and was talking to Bree from Customer Service Department, fast reply and polite talk, all my questions were answered, items on the way to me.
Also I played the gift wheal on February 14th and won a nice gift that is also on the way to me, I'm so happy that Сreality team makes such promotions, thank you so much.
Can't wait to receive upgrades for my ender 3 pro printer.

A faulty installation was received, with a non-standard fault. Support responded very quickly, although the cause of the failure was found only the third time, but all repair parts were sent without problems. Although the shipping time from China was long. The entire repair campaign took about half a year.

I ordered a ender 3 about 24 hours ago and still did not get a confirmation email. I tried to confirm my email address I used for for the order and it says it don;t exist. I read some reviews and some say its a scam.
I want my $99 back unless my printer ships within 48 business hours. I still have not received any communication from this company one week later no printer. They comment that they responded below I emailed them as requested and still nothing

Express shipping. Printer sended out in 1 day and received in 3 days. Printer works good and all is perfect. Support respond is very fast and helpful. I will buy again. Recomended

I will start off by saying what a pleasure it was to deal with Creality Customer Support. Especially in today's world. They were prompt, helpful, and definitely retained my customer confidence in their products, service, and overall customer loyalty. I purchased a printer that was badly damaged in shipping during a very busy holiday season. They helped troubleshoot, replace parts, and overall solve my issue for something that is not logistically easy to replace, and in a very timely manner. The support professionals were extremely friendly and eager to help. Thank you again Creality Customer support (don't know the agent(s) names)!

This company stole $408.09 from me. I canceled the order within one hour of purchase. They shipped it to me anyway. I refused delivery and returned to sender. I have proof it was delivered back to them. They say they don’t have it. Now they have the printer AND my money. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY!

UPDATE: Readers, you can see Creality3d inserted their canned response to this review, as they've done with all other negative reviews on Trustpilot; they asked me for additional information and I immediately provided what they asked. I've heard nothing. I stand by my review and warn you not to do business with this company. They only want to take your money. They have NO intention to solve your issue. In my case, they have my money. They have the product I returned. Win Win for them. Beware.

We ordered a printer on Dec 13, 2022 and it is now Jan 30, 2023 and it is nowhere to be seen. we have contacted customer service several times as the tracking is showing a tracking number issued but it never moves and FedEx has no knowledge of the tracking number. We have asked for a refund several times and it is not happening. This place is a scam

They now want the review taken down. As they want more information but when I try to submit the additional information it doesn’t accept it. I have a whole folder of text and emails with their lack of response. They have sent multiple printers and apparently they all get lost. Do not waste your time.
The order number is CRDP57455. We also got an email today stating they would refund our money in 5-7 business days but since they have been giving us the run around since Dec 13 I am not confident we will see our refund. We have contacted our Credit Card company to try to get a refund that way as well.
Update: 2/1/23 we have received our refund but only after writing this review which they wanted taking down and contacting our credit card company. Just a word of warning for those who intend to use this company. be prepared to either not receive what you ordered and to fight for your refund.

I am curious as to the reviews that state great customer service etc. who did they talk to? what number did they call? the company doesn't make it easy to find someone to help with your issues. I suspect with reviews so polar opposite that the positive reviews are not real.

NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered over two weeks ago and they tell me it will ship in five more days. Add to that it's coming from China and it will be at least a month until I get the part if I'm lucky. They claim it's due to Chinese New Year. So, the entire nation of China does not work for two weeks. Well I've been to China and I've never heard that.

Absolute nightmare. Never again. So far every 3d print Chinese company I've dealt with has been a disaster to deal with. It's the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Avoid them at all costs. The positive reviews are more than likely paid for employees.

I've already done that weeks ago.

19 Days and it hasn't shipped yet. SIX days an no notification from the last email. I will continue to leave real, accurate negative reviews on as many sites as I can until I receive my paid for part in my hands.

Falsche versprechen was die Lieferbarkeit angeht, und antworten benötigen ewig und sind nicht zielführend. Nachtrag: Nach 1.5 Monaten Wartezeit habe ich die Bestellung storniert. Das Zahlung wurde innerhalb von 2 Tagen Zuruf gebucht.

6 hours after I posted this review creality posted there response below which is the same as all the other replies from them. Soon after I was asked to provide more information on the order I was complaining about. I gave them my full name, email address, and the order number for which the complaint was about. It took 6 hours to reply to this complaint and make them selves look like they actually care but 3 days later they haven’t reach out to resolve this issue.
Please do not buy from them, the sooner they go bankrupt the better off consumers will be not having to deal with these people.

Do not buy from this company unless you want to give away your hard earned money. I ordered a printer board which was defective I tried everything they asked and they determined that the board was faulty and said they would send out another one, 4 weeks later I emailed to see why it was taking so long and he said sorry for the late and said he would ship it out that day. I said I have been waiting over 4 weeks already and just to return my money. He replied sorry for the late I will ship today by the fastest shipping, that was 2 weeks ago and nothing.
Find a better place to buy from trust me you will be better off!

Ordered a printer on January 14th, the only thing I got is a box with a metal sheet and some extruder tips. No signs of customer support, no answers, but a bot that says "Order not fulfilled yet". I can share screenshot if needed. Avoid at all cost, it looks to me that brand has been impersonated several times and whoever the "official" brand is it is no taking any action whatsoever.

Commande passée jeudi dernier pour une CR10-smart, reçue ce matin a 10h30, très très bien emballé et protégée, extrêmement facile et rapide à monté avec la notice ( qui elle n'est pas en français par contre ! ) Si vous passez une commande sur ce site faites vous un compte ! Car personnellement je ne l'ai pas fait et sa à été une petite galère pour avoir le suivi au début, mais une fois le transporteur en possession du colis c'était tout bon, un mail à quasi chaque étape. L'imprimante quand à elle est arrivée très bien emballée et protégée, a l'heure où j'écris mon avis à 12h39 elle est déjà sur un print ! Honnêtement je recommande je ne suis absolument pas déçu, bien au contraire !

Very friendly and helpful staff! Responsive and quick to ship me my new printer! Printer worked flawlessly right out of the box. Very satisfied with my experience.

I ordered a Creality CR-10 Smart from Creality3d.shop

After they "shipped" the product UPS put up a claim that the box that was sent was empty.

I emailed them to cancel my order, which their policy states once product ships it can no longer be cancelled, however since it was an empty box my order had not been shipped.

Now I am going back and forth with representatives saying I can't cancel since the order was shipped.

The order is CRDP57581 An Update: As of last night I have received an email saying I will get a refund. As soon as that refund has been issued I will update my review here.

Update: As of now they continuously are fighting me. Them telling me they were going to refund me appears to be just an attempt to get me to cancel my review here.

Final Update: in the end creality3d.shop showed their true colors and continued to stonewall me, even trying to get this review removed unsuccessfully because I provided proof to Trustpilot. PayPal found my case in my favor and is issuing me a refund.

Do not trust creality3d.shop as this is a very likely outcome for all.
