Alex shields was the rep I used. He was easy to communicate with and very efficient to deal with. The whole process changing card machine was seamless and very easy… especially considering the money I will be saving!

Matthew Wickham came in to see us and made the transition from.my previous card company an easy task.
I've saved money and the new machine is fater and easier to use. Would recommend there services.

Matt Thackeray was very helpful with setting up our new card net machine. He even took the stress away from us having to cancel our pervious service provider by emailing them for ourselves. His friendly knowledgeable approach helped me understand how to use the device. He didn't rush through anything and answered any questions I had. Would highly reccomend him to other businesses or people, for his knowledge and friendly, helpful attitude.

I had an impromptu visit at my shop premises The flower gallery from Matthew Wickham after he had visited the little cafe next door, we had a very informal chat regarding my card machine, I had been looking to change and his visit was very well timed, after seeing what I would be saving a month it was a no brainer, Matthew made the whole process easy, he also called back once I received the terminal to set it all up and give me a little demo of its operation, I can not praise Mathew enough, really helpful & a genuinely lovely lovely guy, thankyou

I originally didn’t want to change as I believed it would cost me more than I was currently paying but Jamie Ruocco came in and took the time to explain to everything to me and I’m very happy with the service and ease of switch.

On Wednesday Dean Ashfield came to help me with the new card payment machine to set up explaining everything to me also help me with dealing with previous company . Very helpful, everything thinking it's very easy. I
recommended Dean he will hepl and explain everything so you not gonna be confused. Satisfied 100% definitely will recommend this company to friend.

Excellent customer care throughout. Our Account Manager Dean has been terrific throughout the sign up process and to date with assistance when needed. Clear instructions have been issued and receipts and acknowledgements provided for everything. We know where we are and what we are doing!

We recently took the business over and through the referral of a friend that uses Createpay Raj was sent to visit us. He came back to set the account up, show myself and my team how to use the equipment and even stayed out late to ensure we were all happy before he left. 100% recommend these guys!!

Had a new card machine in my shop my old one was so outdated Ben came along and set me all up with crate pay I couldn’t not ask for anymore he was brilliant new machine is so much faster and he has saved me a lot of money with the transactions ect

Do not use this company, rep Dominic Lodge ruined us our account has been frozen he has ghosted our calls and messages 8k been on hold with World Pay promised to be paid before Christmas nothing main office don't answer the phone total shit show

Switched to CreatePay from another provider, the end to end service was great. I was worried switching would cause disruption but it was simple and they saved as lots on fees. Highly recommend them.
