Chontelle was absolutely awesome! She knew everything about her system, who to contact and with the Banks being closed due to a Holiday she was able to guide me on how to contact the fraud company with the number on the back of my card to get credit joy charges to go through. Chontelle knows her job very well. Excellent employee!
