I called you to clean up a debt I didn’t know I had. Kayon explained what it was about and said she could help me get my credit out of the gutter. She is one hell of a sales person. After a long discussion (she must be a great sales person, I normally would have just hung up in less than 5 minutes) I agreed to let your company give it a shot.

Did very little to improve my credit. No communication once they get there fee. I started with them in July and now it's the middle of November and still no feed back
