This is the worst bank, and I would not recommend getting a credit card with them. They are complete crooks in that they scam customers into getting a card with no annual fee, then once card arrives and you start using it a $100 fee appears on statement. I called the crooks and they would not waive fee. I even made it clear, I have had card for 3 months and I spend thousands every month. If you do not waive annual fee, I will never use card again! They are so incompetent they didn’t care and would not waive fee. I explained that the fee is for people with shady credit, I have NEVER in over 50 yrs paid a fee to have a credit card. That is the most ridiculous fee in that I am paying you to give you money?! You make money when customers charge items, so why would I ever pay a fee for that?! You should pay me! They are so incompetent and greedy and would not waive fee, so I never used the card again. What bank would lose that kind of business just to obtain a $100. And I figured it out, they scam thousands of people so even if a percentage leave them, they still got 100 bucks from everyone they scammed. I would avoid this bank at all costs. Worst customer service, completely useless and their website sucks too, can’t get anything accomplished on site. It’s useless and the bank is run by criminals.

I received this card to improve my credit and it also helped me in struggle times! Payments are not bad. It helped me in so many ways to long of a list to write. It is a good option and a very good start to get back on track! Thank you very much!!

I don’t know why but when i use the Credit of the card my balance in crease and I don’t know but I noticed that I was charged a $75 annual fee without any prior notice; they deducted it from my card's available credit. Now I will have to pay off the card to restore my credit limit.

The very first day I activated the card (that was supposed to be a $400 credit) now says a have $160 available and a bill of $60.... Like what😱😱😱 how? It's been 3 full days with the card ..... READY TO CANCEL ❌❌❌

Very good company so far. If they give you a line of credit it really is credit. They actually work with you & give you a higher limit than most others....

It was hassle free to apply and quick response with approval. Received my card a few days later and everything was as it should be!!

They where very professional and handled my problem in timely manner explained this issue and resolved it right away .

Apply for the card and was approved quickly. I received the card in a few weeks. I am happy to be able to build and improve my credit score soon, thanks, Credit One Bank.
