Worst company ever. You cant understand the reps. What little you can make of the conversation is crap. They talk in circles and transfer you to another because they dont know what they are talkn about. They all need retrained and also need to take a lesson in the English vocabualry. Also if you in a bind its tough ×××× !!!! they wont help you nor listen to what your saying. BEWARE STAY FAR AWAY. Its just not worth the headache.

I really like the look of the card and option to select from several colors also it arrived fast compared to others.

It's a great way to get ones credit back on track if you have poor or no credit.

This is for their credit card. They will take the side of the merchant, EVERYTIME. I was ripped off of $6700 where the merchant acknowledged receiving the item back (later claimed it was the wrong size - which is what they sent me), kept the item AND my money. This bank took their side! Complicit in the fraud. Find another bank.

Wht in matter of a day after receiving my card was up running l was getting full reports of all my transactions and details of whr at and all the functions of what credit one said? All you got to do is slide it and they will do the rest...thanks to credit one card...

Very Terrible experience!!
The app is so out of date , it doesn’t even keep track of real time transactions.
Not even sure how my account became negative. Like I know well I didn’t go over my 300$ limit. Just close my account. I already cut my card in half. This is definitely a scam!

Tried to rebuild my credit with Credit One after a bankruptcy and medical debt I opened it used for a couple transactions and got hit with $75 fee on the card without any notifications before I even opened the account no disclosure just a huge hidden fee fast forward 6 months I lost my job tried to work with them as looked for a new job they sold my account to some other company that now want over $700 for a $200 credit limit is this even legal???
Customer service is terrible, huge fee not disclosed at startup . Run DONOT USE THIS COMPANY TO REBUILD GO TO CAPITOL ONE INSTEAD!!
