Customer service/communication throughout the buying process has been great. We got our free sample credit check very quickly and have a training set up with the account manager within a week of signing up for our plan.

Great accessibility on credit scores
Usually has credit information on our credit applicants, but there are many that started business 2 years ago and less and there is no information on Creditsafe. We love the ability to look up the credit information on our own and not have to wait for a report.
