De er anmeldt til datatilsynet.

Horrible customer service!!! Signed up for web solutions email 5/1 called a week later because there's an website error that does not allow me to open page to choose a business email, agent had me email my problem to web support which I sent them video of issue, they never replied back, called again another week later, the agent I previously spoke with never placed any notes in system about my website issues, they were still unable to fix my problem so I told them I wanted to cancel, they claimed they did not show record of me buying the service, I gave the agent my confirmation number and told her to just cancel my service and return me my money, agent then told me they are unable to cancel and will have somone reach back out to me which has not happened yet

They let some random person update our company info and list themselves as the owner. They used the wrong number for our numbered company. I am legitimately trying to update the company details but they wont let me. Ive told them we arent an equipment contractor, but apparently theyve verified we are. Dealing with them is frustrating

In India DUNS number Service by DnB is very disgusting, people working there they dont read mail, no update no reply, even their form has technical issues, not able to submit documents, and they dont even bother to fix the issue.
such a bad service, no where to complain no one to listen or reply...
There are so many bad reviews jusy regarding this issue

Scammers and charlatans the lot of them.
Hold jer langt væk fra deres kreditrating program til erhvervsdrivende. Jeg har aldrig oplevet så voldsom(og uetisk) markedsføring som hos Dun & Bradstreet (Denmark). Dertil kan tilskrives trusler og ringe/ingen samarbejdslyst. Historien her kunne være rigtig lang, men jeg vælger at gøre den kort. Hold jer væk. I vil fortryde at arbejde med dette firma.

I think this company will be the first in the worst companies list in India. When you try to apply for DUNS number which has been made mandatory for Google Play Store & Apple Store Apps, and the process takes forever, and the employees try to sell you other services and try to exploit the situation when you call them for help. They do not answer phone calls, and the helpline do not work either. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

For 8 years they have refused to delete my company records which keep directing new clients, online search results etc to a competitors phone number, website and street address.
No humans there to sort it out. No response to messages.
Just a website and a link requiring me to enter all my personal and company details to raise a ticket which you will then sell!
Mostly to scammers.
You are dodgy AF.
Just find me a human contact who can hit delete.

Idk what they do besides send spam emails I don’t want. Privacy policy sucks and or out/delete forms are TERRIBLE. If your looking for whatever service this company does don’t do it

Rufte mehrmals an. Sehr aufdringlich ohne zu benennen was er wollte. Forderte lediglich Auskünfte über unser Geschäft. Wozu wollte er nicht nennen. Ich machte klar und deutlich daß wir in allen was wir tun alles vorab oder sofort bezahlen. Brauchen keine Kredite oder der gleichen. Somit auch keine Auskünfte. Und warum sollten sie mehr Auskünfte über uns erlangen. Er fühlte sich beleidigt. Finde ich unseriös er als die Schufa!!

No customer service at all! Fields to enter information doesnt work on their page, no email to contact and chat box just spins around in AI loops... I mean what for to be in business if zero loves given!!!! Only need because google ads requests it......

Don’t let the "since 1841" legacy fool you. D&B is effectively a legalized gaslighting operation targeting modern entrepreneurs. They intentionally make their "free" verification process a black hole just to upsell you on expensive "Credit Builder" packages.
The Reality:
• Intentional Obstruction: I submitted 100% legitimate, government-issued documents (IRS EIN, Articles of Organization), only to be met with generic rejections and radio silence. This isn't a technical glitch; it's a feature to wear you down.
• The "Offshore" Black Hole: Their verification process is outsourced to offshore support centers that have zero understanding of modern, digital-first business structures. They follow rigid, outdated templates designed to reject you until you’re frustrated enough to pay.
• A Protection Racket: It’s simple—they keep your profile "unverified" or "incomplete" until you pay hundreds of dollars for their premium services. It’s a total protection racket disguised as "business credit reporting."
• Avoid the Headache: Modern Fintech platforms (Stripe, Shopify, Lili) verify businesses in seconds via API. D&B is a dinosaur that adds no value to a modern digital business.
Bottom Line: Save your sanity and your money. Ignore their gaslighting tactics, focus on your cash flow, and let the real financial institutions verify your business. D&B is obsolete.

This company is certainly a scam and should be investigated. The products they sell are absolutely worthless and the customer service is none existent.
I wish I would have seen these reviews before giving them any money. They should be boycotted by all businesses.

Actual MONTHS of trying to get my DUNS number and no progress. Their customer service just can’t comprehend the concept of a foreign owned U.S business.
