Helped me through tough situations

Andrew was amazing. Most of my negative was from my student loans when I was out of work. I have been working hard to get those up to date but he was amazing. I cannot afford the payment now but he said that we can delay the first payment until my next payday. Amazing customer service and made me feel fantastic!! Thank you so much Andrew!

I cancelled the subscription immediately and they still charged me!!!

I have to retract my statement I was led to believe they were a scam by some fictitious websites posing to be them. I then received a phone call talked it over with them decided to give them a try and that same day I had creditors calling me asking about the accounts that were in collections even though it was due to Identity theft.

Disappointed with Credit Saint – Overpromised and Under-delivered

I’ve been with Credit Saint for just under 2 months, and so far my experience has been very disappointing. When I enrolled, the representative promised me that they would remove everything from my credit report, including hard inquiries. That call was recorded for reference, so there’s no question about what was promised.

At first, I noticed one Verizon collections account was removed just 2 days after enrolling, which seemed odd since they claim it typically takes a month to see results after sending dispute letters. Unfortunately, that same Verizon account came back just a few weeks later under a different collection company. A few old late payments also fell off, but those were scheduled to age off naturally, and Credit Saint took credit for it.

In reality, after spending over $300 so far, I have very little to show for it. The progress feels more like coincidence than actual results from their work. I’m not at the 90-day mark yet, which is when they promise a money-back guarantee, but it seems like that policy is the only real motivator for them to deliver—or issue a refund.

At this point, I feel misled. Unless I see genuine results soon, I will have paid hundreds of dollars for essentially nothing. I’ll gladly update my review if things improve, but as of right now, I cannot recommend Credit Saint to anyone looking for reliable credit repair.

Update: Credit Saint reached out to me recently to address the concerns I raised in my review a few days ago. Christopher, in particular, made me feel more confident knowing that someone genuinely cared about helping me improve my credit. He went the extra mile, and I appreciate that effort. Because of this, I’m adjusting my review for now, and I’ll gladly update it again after the 45-day period once the counter-letter results come in.

I signed up and paid and the guy said I would receive a email to set up my account to upload documents and I would get a phone call I have got neither worst company stay away
