Complete fraud and all positive reviews are fake. Your bank WILL give your money back as their entire website is a scam. Blocked them from all payment methods and got my money back :)

Just started with them ,but service is very kind and professional not to mention patient also informative.

Credit Saints is a Lying Company. They responded to my post on today 7/30/2025 with lies. I sent them a letter for demand of money on 7/29/2025. On today senior Manager Alexander reached out to me offering to refund me 5 payments and I refused. I paid this company at total of 1199.98 to help with my credit and they did nothing but collect money. This company is a scam and fraud. Everyone that they did this to should report them to New Jersey BBB just like I did. They have to be stopped. I am currently in contact with a lawyer because of the scam. Do not trust this company. Also, I contacted them in July, August, September of 2024 because I was not receiving any feedback an every time I called the agent told me I had to wait until the cycle ran which was 30 to 45 days. I told them I was going to just stop the process in August, and the agent told me I was not giving the cycle time to complete. They never reached out to me about anything I always called them, and it was always the same excuse. I told them in April 2025 to stop debiting my account and send me all the report they had and they sent 7 report out of 10 months. No deletion of any my credit score even dropped. Alexander and Christopher are frauds and their employees are scammers. Please report these pieces of s**ts to the BBB, Attorney General, FTC and sue their asses.

This was the worst experience ever. They took my money and did not render the service. I have reported them to BBB, Attorney General, FTC and is currently speaking with an attorney for legal representation. Do not use this company unless you want to give away money. If you have been scammed report them to BBB, Attorney General, FTC and get a lawyer also. They need to be shut down

Total scam. I gave them 1 year and they didn’t do a single thing. Waste of $1200 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

My representative was knowledgeable, pleasant, empathetic and professional. I was disputing a reproductive medical bill. That my husband and I had been paying towards for the past 20 years. Come to find out that our eggs had become defective after 12 years of storage. We were never informed and we were still being charged for defective eggs for 8 more consecutive years. Although this topic, I was disputing triggered a wave of disheartening emotions. My representative made me feel understood and trustworthy to discuss such a sensitive subject. He was totally supportive throughout the conversation. Thank you, Credit Saint! You are truly a Saint!

I spoke with a young man named Jamal, he was absolutely pleasant and answered all my questions, and some. He was pleasant and told me my options and. I signed up for a package and can't wait to clean my credit.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had not only did they get my credit scores down they gave out my personal information, phone number, etc. zero communication I canceled after 90 days and never even got my money back over $500 that they promised I would get back don’t believe in what they say the worst company ever

These people offer to give me a refund only if I delete a review first. This place is so dishonest do not trust these people. They refuse to refund for services they cannot render that they billed for. So now I will leave this review with my experience from my last phone call.

UPDATE: The refund was only processed after I left negative reviews. The first time I was extorted into removing any negative reviews FIRST and THEN they would process the credit right away. I hung up the phone. No one will extort me over my right to free speech. What a waste of my time. This cost me several hours to resolve and several conversations. I think I only got my money back because of how angry I got and how far I went posting my experience on line. Do not trust these people.

Do not trust this place! This is a SCAM! I was promised several services when I started the account. From the very first day they could not pull my 3 credit report and I had to upload the one that I got from Experians paid service. I was instructed that I could cancel that membership because mine would include all of that every 30 days along with a Score Analysis and all sorts of other features related to the reports. 3 months in they are getting ready to charge me again and they acknowledge that they have not been able to pull up my report with their system not 1 time, not 1 month. But if I want the 90 day refund I have to pay them for another month!!! What a scam! I asked nicely I was patient. They refuse to give me my money back! They did not provide over half the services promised. On top of that the letters they sent were rejected. Not the complaint. But they agency replied saying the request sent was not formatted correctly and did not contain the required information to verify my identity and that they were working on my behalf! Three months into this thing!!! I have no reports for 3 months now so I basically just have no responsibility for my credit since trusting these people. Watch out!!! This is a SCAM! If a customer explains these things and you say sorry no, we will not refund you even though we could not provide the services..... what is that? SCAM!
