Attention consumers: My current personal experience advises you not to sign up with Credit Saint! They are a dishonest joke. Very unprofessional, uncorresponding and full of bs. How I wish I would have read reviews first and for that I just have to take the loss. Many of these reviews are very similar to my case and would’ve saved money spent.
I signed up with them around January 2025 and were now in April. However, during this time nothing about my credit report had really changed. My credit wasn’t really bad to begin with other than some late payments I made on loans yet paid in full. I asked the question from jump is there anything you can really do to fix it? She didn’t answer question but said if our services doesn’t suit you within 90 days you can get your money back…. Moving forward too today I called in and explained I wasn’t satisfied with the results of my status and I wasn’t going to continue to pay more money with such very slow progress and almost $250 being spent in less than 3 mths. Long story short, Chris denied my refund and gave a lot of excuses as to why I will not be getting refunded. I explained to her I made more progress than your company has by simply paying off my credit card which took my score up 50 points! And that I want to cancel my relationship with you because I’m not paying another dollar for 2 items removed out of 21. And the others rejected and needed a redo. It’s doesn’t take longer than 2 months to see real progress and so cancel me out. This company is so busy trying to hustle people out of their money they don’t contribute ample time in a day to each consumer to authentically handle their credit case. It’s a numbers game. And I’m betting out. Soon this company will be shut down! So to those of you who are in search of real help totally bypass this company and search elsewhere. Good luck.

That being said I've had a horrible experience with credit saint.
Between currently still fighting and arguing about getting the " 90 day money back guarantee ' , to excessive wait times to talk to an agent , being hung up on immediately after the agent answers the line , and the request for more and more time it's to have ZERO change to my score or any items discussed at the begining of the adventure / nightmare together.
Look I've had no change to anything ...it's been well I've 90 days ..should be simple but and dry gimmi my cheese back and call it quits.
But nope ..they are gonna prolong and make this process so extremely difficult that they think I'ma just cancel and say screw it...no...I'ma see this through and get my money back .
I ask for someone to call back ....I get no calls , I schedule a call ..no call ...I wait in line on hold ..agent hangs up and I'm prompted to complete a satisfaction survey and I haven't even been serviced.
And when I do get someone on the line ...it's never the person I actually need ..I'm then having to be transfered to another dept...where ...low and behold ..you'll never guess what happens ...the transfer never goes as planned and I get hung up on or there's so error and it hangs up.
This is awful ..I truly would not recommend this company ...for real it's been awful and they haven't achieved even a single point increase or gotten anything removed...and we are well over 90 days...more then 3 cycles...pushing into 4 now .

I signed up with Credit Saint to help with a few simple credit issues—some late payments and two charge-offs. I figured they’d be a good starting point for credit repair based on their marketing and reputation. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t reflect that promise.

I was with them for just over 5 months. Around the halfway mark, I called to express concern that absolutely nothing had been removed from my credit reports. The representative assured me that I needed to wait a few more cycles, and that progress takes time. What they didn’t tell me was that they offer a 90-day refund policy if there’s no improvement—which I would have easily qualified for at that time.

By the time I decided to cancel, they informed me I no longer qualified for a refund due to being outside the 90-day window—even though I was told earlier to wait longer.

I saw zero results during my time with Credit Saint. It honestly made me question whether they were sending out challenge letters at all.

This is just my personal experience, but I’d recommend proceeding with caution. Based on what I went through, I would not use or recommend

It appears that all of the reviews I've read, are talking about the initial contact or the startup process, not the actual credit repair process and experience. I have had the undesirable pleasure of working with Credit Saint for months now and can HONESTLY say that, although the 'Clean Slate' program aims to target ALL negative items reporting to the credit bureaus, the ONLY things that were removed from my credit report, were things that I had already paid off, that were still reporting. Which had no impact on my credit score going up. Also, when calling in and speaking with a rep on this matter, they offered an additional program for like 10 extra dollars to help boost my score. If by the time my next report comes out and nothing changes, I will be getting rid of Credit Saint. $139 dollars/month for no real progress. Use at your own discretion.

This is the total scam they offer you. They claim a 90-day money-back guarantee, but good luck trying to actually get your money back if you're not satisfied with the results. They'll throw out all sorts of excuses, saying they've removed items from your report when they clearly haven't. Their service portal shows the negative accounts are still there, with late payments still recorded. Yet, they try to convince you that everything is resolved, even when your actual credit report tells a different story. It's all a runaround designed to avoid giving you a refund while delivering zero results. I understand that fixing credit can be challenging, but that's exactly why the money-back guarantee exists. Save your money and don’t waste it on this company; do it yourself instead!

Spent months with Credit Saint and the only thing they removed was my cash from my checking account and just 1 late fee. Avoid this company. Never changed my credit score, completely useless. Out lots of money at hundred+ a month
Update: called me day after this review to help. So up grading from 1 star to 3 stars pending outcome.
Update again, still didn't change a thing. Wasted time and money. Back to 1 star

Credit Saint is a True Blessing! They were able to get all that garbage removed in a rather short amount of time. I started to see activity within a few days of activating my account. I've been able to move forward in life and make great changes because of them. Thanks Chris for convincing me to stay and to receive help! He's awesome!

I initially had a frustrating experience with Credit Saint, especially regarding transparency and responsiveness to my requests. After questioning the accuracy of their reported removals and requesting audits, I faced difficulties in getting clear answers and proper documentation.

However, after a bad encounter with their staff, someone from their team reached out to address my concerns. They were polite and took the time to assist me, which I appreciate. While my experience started off poorly, I do acknowledge their efforts to improve customer service and make things right.

The reason for not giving 4 or 5 stars is that it took three bad calls and a negative review to get their attention. That said, I do appreciate the effort made once they finally addressed my concerns.

If you choose to work with them, I still recommend keeping detailed records and requesting verification of all reported results for your own peace of mind.

I just signed up with credit saint so I can’t speak to how well it works yet. But the customer service I received when signing up has been great. I spoke with Osvaldo and he was very knowledgeable on how best to get my credit repaired. If the overall service is as great as his customer service I know I will be in good hands.

Signed up today. The person I talked to was so kind and helpful. I am confident that I can start repairing my credit.

Just signed up, The chat experience was not good however calling in was the way to go. I got a lot of questions answered and he did a great job. I can’t really say anything about the company or what they do yet because I literally just got done signing up.

The initial consultation and review went great. I have a good feeling about resolving unfair collection practices. It's been a gut wrenching few months trying to dispute these items on my own and I'm glad I found a company that really wants to help. Faith was a breath of fresh air and I can't wait to have some relief from this situation.
