Rose is an Angel sent from above. She’s the only person that took time a few hours to go over all 3 credit bureaus and the negative reporting. It had been 4 months since any change had taken place. She also requested a payment adjustment before I could ask. Other calls I’ve had were a few minutes with no guidance or assistance. What an amazing experience.

I paid Credit Saint over a thousand dollars in 7 months. They removed 2 incorrect items the first month and did absolutely nothing the rest of the time. When I called to cancel they sent me to a retention specialist who lowered the price for the next two months with zero results. I would have been much better off if I used the money that I gave them to just pay down my dept.
