I’m not really sure why this company has such bad reviews. I had a financial emergency come up and needed some funds quickly. Credit star were the only ones to accept me. Money was paid out super quick and the interest charge is actually pretty good for a short term loan. I would highly recommend
They said I have been approved for 10000 rs loan and they sent 2100bto my account and asked to repay 3500 in 7 days time. Found them cheating so immediately cleared 3500 and uploaded the screenshot no reply nor do they pick the call. Please suggest what to be done

en tant qu'investisseur dans les prêts proposés par Credistar Espagne ou Pologne,Crédistar a 300 jours de retard pour me rembourser les 170 prêts auxquels j'ai investi par la plateforme Lendermarket.
Les intérêts s'accumulent mais rie de remboursé

At this time we are having some IT issues and maintenance is been carried out on our site, as a result we are not accepting any new loan application's,. You are still able to log onto you account and update details, but the apply button has been disabled and greyed out. Again we are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review, we are sorry to hear you has a bad experience when apply for a loan. As a responsible lender, we carry out credit worthiness and afforoadbilty checks. Based on the information available to us at the time of the application, it was determined that you did not meet the criteria to receive a loan from our service.
As it takes time to improve criteria necessary to apply for a loan, we place all new declined applications on a 90-day period.
After 90 days, you are welcome to apply again.
Again thank you for taking the time to send your review and we hope this will clarify any issues you may have had.
Approved for a loan online, all relevant contracts signed and repayment details agreed/validated.
Couple of hours later change of heart from the company, numerous robotic email replies to my questions without actually answering any of them.
Website is great and the process on paper appears to be really easy but it doesn't actually work and is a waste of time when you could be looking for a viable solution.

As a responsible lender, we carry out credit worthiness and affordability checks, with the information that was provided at the time of the application these checks were not passed. We would suggest you check your credit file history to see there are any negative remarks on your file. We place all declined application's on a 90 day hold to give the customer time to improve their credit score. Again thank you taking the time to leave your review.

Applied for a loan, was approved and verified only to be told my loan was declined due to a technical fault.
Disgraceful and disgusting. Will be taking this to the FCA.

0 stars. Absolutely awful company. Appears straightforward with reasonable interest rates. Tells you the loan is approved then requests debit card details does a card check, states funds are on the way then emails you stating incomplete application need to agree terms then updates account with application is being reviewed then you hear nothing further. Dodgy and suspicious. I will be speaking to my bank incase of any unlawful attempts to debit money from my account. Totally misleading from start to finish. Expecting a flurry of junk emails and calls due to my data being sold on. Very disappointed and unhappy. Do not use them. If it sounds too good to be true - it is.
The process was quick and easy. The customer service team were very nice. Money in my account within the day!! result

Same issues as the many people on here ... I paid on time... I had a big promotion in work and wanted to change my last payment to a different date, literally 5 days difference and they reported to the credit agencies that i had to go into a debt management scheme. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THERE ARE MANY BETTER QUALITY COMPANIES about that provide better service...

They are non contactable so I cant settle the loan. Also randomly placed 9 late payments on credit file but 0 contact from them prior to this time so no warning given.
If you call there is no answer and the automated call system doesn’t work so no ringback.
Seems like they don’t follow any of the standards required for a lender. Either that or their going into administration! I shall take this to the ombudsman!

First impression was a bit sceptical, i did have an issue trying to get in contact with someone to make an early settlement on my loan but after 4 days i finally manage to make contact with someone.
I will say they did send my money almost instantly when i first took the loan out, and when i finally got in contact with someone to settle up, he was polite and took less than 1 minute to settle up my loan, also their interest rate is not to bad.
