I bought 3 Labubu’s for daughter’s…

I bought 3 Labubu’s for daughter’s birthday. They arrived quickly. All the individual Labubu boxes have been opened which makes me worried though. The box they arrived in was in perfect condition. This has been done before placed in box and sent.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing us for your daughter’s birthday gift. We completely understand your concern regarding the opened Labubu boxes.

As per the product description, you requested non-blind Labubu boxes (specific characters rather than a sealed blind box). In order to fulfil this correctly, we must physically open the blind boxes to check the contents and ensure you receive the exact items you ordered. This process is standard practice and the only way to guarantee the correct character is sent, rather than a random one.

Please rest assured that while the external blind boxes are opened for verification, the figures inside remain brand new and untouched.

We hope this clears up the confusion, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Thank you again for your order and for sharing your experience with us.

I ordered 3 labubu and only 2 have come i have emailed them and inform them about the issue and they have responded back and helped resolved the issue in a professional and good manner.
