J’ai longtemps hésité avant de commander, mais les avis très positifs m’ont convaincue.
J’ai passé ma commande le 26 octobre 2025 pour 48,48 €, avec le numéro #200212, payée via Apple Pay.

Quelques jours plus tard, j’ai compris que c’était une arnaque bien organisée :
-Les liens de suivi ne fonctionnent pas,
-Le service client envoie le même message automatique à chaque demande,
-Et quand on regarde les “bons avis”, on voit que les pseudonymes sont étrangers, sans noms réels, et qu’à chaque avis négatif, le site répond “nous n’avons pas identifié ce client”.

C’est exactement ce qui m’est arrivé.
J’ai refusé le colis et déposé une contestation bancaire et Apple Pay.
Je ne suis pas la seule dans ce cas — il suffit de lire attentivement les commentaires pour s’en rendre compte.

Le prétendu transporteur “Direx” n’existe pas. C’est une fausse interface de suivi utilisée par des sites frauduleux pour faire croire qu’un colis est expédié. Le numéro de tracking est inventé, et il n’est reconnu ni par Colissimo, ni par Spring, ni par aucun transporteur officiel.
Tout le processus (Direx → Spring → Colissimo) est fictif, créé pour retarder les contestations bancaires.
Le site crestwhite.com n’a aucun lien avec la vraie marque Crest: c’est une copie frauduleuse, sans adresse, sans SIRET, et avec un anglais maladroit dans les mails.
Leur support demande même aux clients de supprimer leurs avis négatifs, ce qu’un vrai service client ne ferait jamais.

⚠️ Je déconseille très fortement ce site.
C’est une escroquerie déguisée en boutique en ligne.

Slight problem with delivery, however promptly rectified and customer service response was fast. Very happy with products and would definitely use the site again.

received the wrong product, emailed and explained the problem. Talked to them by email but when I demanded to get a new and correct product or get my money back they stopped answering me. I have sent several new emails to them but have not received a reply. incredibly bad customer service

Fake products do not buy, Multiple words on instructions misspelled in Russian, product doesn't work, scammers based in Bulgaria.

J ai reçu 2 kits avec 10 bandes au lieu de 20 bandes commandées. J ai relancé 2 fois par mail pour avoir un retour mais toujours aucune réponse en 1 semaine.cela n est pas acceptable.

I ordered the Crest 3D Whitestrips Glamorous White Full-box from this company, but unfortunately received the Crest levels 8 whiter. When I emailed them, they said it's the same product but in different packaging, which I don't believe at all! If I wanted my money back, I would have to return the package to Bulgaria (I live in the Netherlands), which costs me extra money and time. Not satisfied at all.
I really spent much money on it, €68, and then you have something you're not happy with."

The delivery was securely packed and everything was neatly arranged, ensuring that my order arrived without any damage.

I order in february (it is now may) some strips. Untill this day I stil have not receive my order nor return of the money. Never order here again they are scammers!!

I decided to go with the Professional White strips because the price was too good to pass up. Definitely made the right choice, after just 10 uses, my smile looked like I'd had a professional whitening treatment.

Customer support was awesome. I had a small issue with my order, so I got in touch and they got back to me super fast. They took care of everything smoothly and even went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.
