I purchased a product from Crestwhite several months ago, and to be fair, the product itself worked as advertised. Unfortunately, the customer experience afterward has been extremely frustrating.
Despite repeatedly using their unsubscribe link and sending direct emails requesting removal from their mailing list, I continue to receive constant marketing emails. At this point, it feels as though customer requests are simply being ignored.
A company should respect basic communication preferences and comply with unsubscribe requests promptly. I should not have to keep chasing them just to stop unwanted emails.

Fake, rude customer service. Items sent from Albania, however rudely replied to challenging email. Took so long to get refund, needed to send the left strips back, pay my own postage.

Would of just let it go. But the customer service was so rude and arrogant.

Crestwhite.com only reply to good comments.

I ordered strips and toothpaste. Only toothpaste arrived. No strips. They’re insisting strips were in same box which they weren’t. I am not deceitful. :(

Yes they have made my teeth whiter, but now I’m really regretting doing it, my tongue is hot and tingerling feels like it’s burnt and the slide of my mouth are also have burning feeling . My teeth and gums also feel very sensitive. Only used 1 treatment strips

I’ve used the whitening strips for years they are better than professional whitening at the dentist

I have used 6 packs so far and my teeth are no whiter.

Ordered in January now march still awaiting order and no email or telephone number just a problem with shipping

Do not order from this company...you will not receive your goods.
You will receive an email from someone who calls themself Chesey saying they are waiting for supplies...and that's it.

They take your money
You cannot track their site as it is constantly down
There is no contact telephone number to request a refund

Its a massive SCAM. I ordered 9th January and its now end of Feb

DO NOT buy anything from these! It’s a big scam. My strips took 3 months and on arrival there were missing some strips, in addition there was no gel on the strips. Emailed customer services several times to no avail. Wasted my £36.

0 star rating ordered paid 34.99 never received . Emailed 6 times with no reply now the shop is unavailable . Never order from them . Have disputes with the bank absolutely a joke scamming people who are work to pay a living

Bought from them before with no problem so especially dissapointing.
Money down the drain. About to leave reviews on google reviews.(Which they can’t remove) Plus contact CEO.Advise others to do the same. Plus contact your bank. If sympathetic May reimburse if lucky .

I gave 1star as I had to but it would be zero stars.
I purchased a set of strips at the end of November 2022 as a gift for my daughter. I paid £39.99 and after a few weeks had no response. I emailed the company and had a reply from them saying apologies they’ve cancelled my order and should be refunding me and that they had emailed me (they hadn’t) they also said they could not re send them after issuing a refund as they would be I quote ‘out of pocket’. An odd thing to write. I have since emailed this company 5/6 times asking for my refund to which I’ve not received. So actually - I’m out of pocket. What a scam and fraudulent company. I paid on my credit card however anything purchases below £100 I cannot claim back so I feel this company is likely having a field day ripping people off. Fuming!

I agree with all the other negative reviews on here, they tell you its delayed and you never receive refund. Never reply to mails and impossible to contact. Not a real company they are a scam!!

I ordered on 20th November . Got a confirmation email . Chased it and received a response on 15th December -

Exactly the same situation as others in here. Paid £27.00 in 28/11/22 for an order. Had the ‘thank you for your order’ email etc. Received email 17/12/22 that order couldn’t be supplied and a refund had been generated. No money refunded, no reply to umpteen emails yet still getting adverts and offers to my email!!! Scammers.
