Pretty much what all the other reviews have said,placed an order,order cancelled due to a technical error their and to await refund,no refund as of yet and have gone silent on returning emails....contacting my bank to further investigate these scam artists!

SCAMMER COMPANY

I ordered from them Nov 28th. They told me for two weeks there was a delay on delivery. Then said a tech error has cancelled my order, I’d receive a refund 3-5 days.. that passed.. was told again to expect a refund 3-5 days. Now they don’t respond to any emails. My bank fraud team are now involved. Absolute disgrace! I had checked out their website, looked genuine and secure. Don’t be their next victim!

They took £64 from me in November and out of nowhere, having been told my order was being fast-tracked, they suddenly cancel my order! What is going on!

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.

This company is a FRAUD and a SCAM.

Daily I email them demanding my money - nothing back.

Ordered from this company in November, stripes have not arrived. Been told to expect a refund and to reorder. I have not received a refund, please do not waste your money like I have.

Placed the order in October and by November still hasn’t received them. I requested a refund and never received that either. No one responds to emails and if they do they say they will get back to you and never do. Do not order off this site

Should be 0 stars, no product,money taken, numerous emails with someone called chesey. No reply when I asked for refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY

How is this company still aloud to run? I ordered. Told there was a delay. Then they had refunded me so I needed to pay again! Checked my bank no refund. Lucky I’ve found these comments.

Terrible. Sent the wrong product . I paid 93 pounds and was sent 20 loose strips through the post. The email customer service is a joke I have been ripped off. Do not buy.

Not received my order, this must be a fake site!!! BEWARE

No item received,not answering to emails and mostly importantly I had a fraud reported on my account and this is the only site I used the card for. Reported to the bank and the police to investigate

Awful company, ordered the strips back in June still haven’t received them, requested a refund and just kept getting ignored. The company still have the cheek to message me with offers, do not buy from this company. You will not receive your order!!!

Placed my order one week ago. Emailed them twice asking for order updates but haven’t heard anything since about dispatch. I think they scammers .

Total scam! Placed an order and followed up with three emails and no reply. Handed it over to AMEX to deal with now.

Fake site. Never received my order from 2 months ago. No way of contacting them because emails don't get response and contact form does not work.
There was a number 2 weeks ago on website but this has now disappeared and doesn’t connect when you do call it. Please do not waste your money like I did.

Terrible service! Do not order from this company. Apparently, they try to count one crest white strip as two separate strips, one for top and one for bottom teeth, and not as a whole strip… so you’re getting half the strips for an extortionate price (such as 5 strips instead of 10, which was the case for me… even though the order said 10). So I was only given half the order, and then not sent the rest or offered a refund. The order came extremely late as well, when it came to the delivery, with no apologies or anything for that either. I was in contact with Chesey who quit answering messages when I asked for the rest of my order or to be reimbursed for the strips not received. Do not order from this scam of a company and their lack of customer service.
